Coom Nation Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 Bug report: Â 1) Walk on four still not working for me in the new update. I get the message "slave will walk on all four like a good pet" but no animation playing. Â 2) Slaves are still defaulting to previous pose when ordered to get in ZAZ furniture. 2

I have rollbacked the Diary of mine release to a safer and older release. I would suggest to fix Diary of mine to avoid expanding in areas unsafe and generate possible conflicts. Or we are gong to keep playing the old versions.  Thanks!! Maybe you shouldn't play the development version.  As said before, delete the Gunslicer directory in the DOM install folder under meshes/actors/...  But there is a reason why it's there... Luka9470 Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 Walk on four still not working for me,I tried disabling the trigger requirement in OAR, and the animation triggered normally, but now everyone is crawling on the ground...This is clearly not the outcome anyone wanted. The player's command appears not to have been triggered correctly. Although the slave agreed to crawl, the dialogue content remained unchanged upon re-interaction—it did not transition as intended to instruct the slave to stand up again.

It sounds like the faction is not found. Maybe not linked correctly in the plugin, or maybe wrongly embedded in the save file.  Easy to fix, but we need to know what to fix first.  Do you have access to the papyrus log file, because that would trigger an error. Guest Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 Is it possible to make slaves fight each other in the current version of the Mod? If not, could this feature be added?
TrollAutokill Posted October 10, 2025 Author Posted October 10, 2025 (edited) 1 hour ago, Coom Nation said: This one? Yes it says the faction is walking on four was not set. Now it can be because the slave refused or because the faction is not set correctly in the save game. Â What I can do for next version is to force the factions to their correct values. So that even if it is not set correctly in the save game, it should work. Â Meanwhile, it would be great to see a paryrus log file. Also you can use More Informative Console to check factions. It's on my to-do list though. Edited October 10, 2025 by TrollAutokill

Yes she did. But she can change her mind after. The option to punish for "not walking on four" should appear in the wheel menu. Not yet in the dialogue though. Â Most important is to get to the papyrus log to understand where the error is coming from. You can also try with a new game, it should definitely work. That would a sign that the problem is in the save game. Edited October 10, 2025 by TrollAutokill

Unfortunately, for some reason, my game hasn't generated logs in quite some time (even though the generation option is enabled). I'm unsure what caused this issue, so I'm unable to provide Papyrus logs. However, it's clear that this dialogue didn't actually take effect, because I saw in the ESP that you had a command set for the crawling state to stand up again. I also just added the 'is walking on fours' faction with the console directly and all of the conditions in OAR were green, but still nothing. I was testing on a new game, a slave with 100 in all stats, and no punishment reason for disobeying before I tried the console. OAR was showing my regular animations in the log, so it wasn't attempting to replace any animations at all. 1

I have conducted tests and confirmed that the wheelmenu can indeed switch between two states (crawling and standing), but the animation still fails to trigger successfully. This is solely based on my observations from the widget's feedback information. Edited October 11, 2025 by Luka9470 1

I will bump it a bit next update. I will also force the factions in DOM_Core to circumvent any problem baked in the save game.

By entering ‘addfac DOMIsWalkingOnFour 1’ via the console, I've finally achieved the crawling animation, perhaps this might offer you some inspiration when working on fixes for the next version. However, there appear to be some issues remaining, such as the character standing up when idle in place, and the sprinting animation does not seem to have been replaced either. Additionally, dialogue commands and wheelmenu cannot change the current state; In other words, you can only stop crawling by removing factions through the console. Edited October 11, 2025 by Luka9470

It sounds like there might be a wrong faction linked in the plugin or in the save game. I will add a force load form from file at load game to correct this from happening.  As for the running animation, some might be missing but I am pretty sure it was included in DarkAngel mod. I will check.  The standing up at idle should not happen unless another OAR is taking over. Check the OAR animation log window to see which package the animation is coming from. If that's confirmed you can try to bump up the wo4 priority in the OAR Walk On Four/Crawling/config.json file. Edited October 11, 2025 by TrollAutokill

I put version 7.10.2 up on Patreon for you to test. The only difference is the wo4 factions are forced from the plugin to the memory at startup.  A papyrus log would be of great help because there is a message each time the wo4 status is changed together with the faction id used.
