So, i know now that this mod isnt being worked on anymore, but i hope there is still those who can help with one issue, i want for giants to not vore me, i tick off the option in the menu, but they still vore me no matter what. Does anybody know how to fix it or am i just doomed to be eatem by giant all the time?

so... does this version of devourment offer vore immersive respawn options when the player gets digested?  or possibly other mods to that effect?  i haven't found anything about it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.   i know about the Phylactory perk in hte prey tree, but... it's so much effort to get that, and im thinking more about when , say, the innkeeper, promises to revive you later.    there's also the fact that, when i want to watch my player character get digested rather than respawn right away to get restored, it means i wait too long and i get the perma-kill and reload last save, and i'd like to get around that somehow.   preferably without "becoming my killer".

No idea if this is gonna get a reply or not, but in case it does, basically, every time I try to swallow someone, it says "Rotting undead flesh is causing your stomach to spasm uncontrollably" and I immediately spit them out, any idea why this happens?

 

Edit: this is happening on everyone, including non-undead

You have to level up the digestion perk in order to devour undead, daedra or dwemer machines. Though if this is happening on everything, then I have no clue what's wrong.

Hey Guys. Does anyone of you have a compatible version of "Spell perk Item Distributor" for Devourment?

I have installed the current version 7.1.3 and it seems to work with the mod, but i always get an error message on startup.

Or can someone explain how i get rid of this message.

Anyone know why the bellies aren't rendering? Im on the nexus download if it helps.

 

 

Edit: downloaded older version but now debug - max skill wont work and i'm getting the rotten flesh bug

Same issue here. Curiously, the Dialogue Addon has no trouble (which has its own hotkey), but the Approach Addon does nothing just like the default dialogue. I suspect it has something to do with the mods not detecting scrambledbugs, bugfixesSSe, and SPID despite all being present, but I haven't found any solution to that, seeing as it doesn't detect *any* version of SPID and there are no older versions of the other two mods available, at least that I could find.
Been scrolling through these forums for a solid 30 minutes or so without finding anything, so I thought I'd place that tidbit here for whatever little it may be worth.

The console prints out at least two of these errors whenever digestion occurs. I also use the flatulence add-on which makes all of the farts that come from digestion become very delayed in the process. It only started to come up after finishing off the remaining NPCs in Whiterun those being, Dragonsreach and The Companions as I'm going on that whole journey.

Can't speak for that specific slider, but I've noted most sliders don't work without building devourment CBBE v2 as your body in bodyslide

I've managed to convert some ABC/MNC meshes to work with the DV Sliders. I still need to test everything in-game to make sure the different mesh paths added by MNC don't break anything, but in theory they shouldn't.

Doing that for every Creature type will take eons however, so for now I'm only going to patch the ones I get requests for. I will not be doing non-fantasy creatures.

Currently planned:
- Werewolves/Werebears

- A polishing cleanup after everything is covered.

Bonus:
- Immersive Creatures variants
- Diverse Dragons

- Maybe Demonic Creatures

I'll keep this comment updated with my progress.

This file only includes Bodyslides and they must be built before they can appear in-game. They should appear as "DV ABC Creature Name." They should now have their own grouping as well.

Most supported creatures will have two meshes to match MNC, the default and "hard/aroused" variant. Both must be built. Choose them over base Refactor if prompted.

Genitals are not moved by the sliders, as doing so would break their collision data. Just like base Refactor there will be inevitable clipping.

MNC AND ABC ARE A REQUIREMENT. SE/AE ONLY.

Covers:
- All Dragons + MNC Dragonesses
- All Giants, including Frost
- Lurkers
- Chaurus, and Chaurus Hunters
- Frostbite Spiders
- Troll/Black Troll/Uderfrykte
- Spriggan/Spriggan Matron

Progress on the next set of ABC Bodyslides is going well. I'm now moving on to prioritize the DLC fantasy creatures, many of which were never covered by the original mod.

This will include Chaurus Hunters, Gargoyles, Netches, Frost Giants, Serpentine/Revered Dragons, Lurkers (done properly), and possibly Seekers.

NOTE: I am unsure if Refactor's scripts will need to be updated to allow those creatures, but I'll look into it after doing the meshes.

As of update 0.4 I've made significant progress, and I've even started adding creatures not already covered by Devourment, such as Netchs, Chaurus Hunters, Frost Giants, Revered/Serpentine Dragons, Lurkers, and Gargoyles.

Unfortunately these files are built from the MNC/ABC meshes and so won't be compatible with any load orders that don't include those mods. However if I get requests to do the vanilla meshes I'll consider it. No promises.

By this point I've covered most of the creatures I intended too, and will likely move on to touching a few mods I personally use. Assuming I don't receive any requests or reported errors, you can expect the "final" version to release somewhat soon.

It's in your best interest to abandon LE. It won't ever be supported again by Gaztec and co.

i'm not sure why not? i couldn't find it anywhere on this site but i had remember it being on here long ago. maybe end of support. however that leaves me with "red !" when seeing creatures which is problematic for LE and i can't use SE or AE for my laptop till i get a new pc.
