• Couldn't load DeviousDevices.dll (Devious Devices Integration). A DLL is invalid (code 193)

So basically after trying for like 7+ hours i got rid of every error on mod manager 2 for my mods and this one error is left which i think isn't letting me start the game, so can anyone help me i get this error on devious-devices integration which i think of i have everything newest version for skyrim se, i just can't get my head around to what do here help pls

Are you sure you are using the correct version of DDi for SE? Why didn't you ask in the DDi support thread? Why didn't you just try searching?

• code 193 means you're trying to use a dll made for a 32-bits software in a 64 bits one. Incompatible or outdated dll won't work and can prevent the game from starting at all. Huge issue. And a clear indication you got outdated or incompatible files.
• form 43 means the plugin file wasn't changed to the newest form available (44 for FO4/Skyrim SE). Skyrim SE is totally capable of using form 43 and plenty of older ones, there are only a handful of cases where you need form 44 for a mod to work (in which case you should totally expect the mod author/uploader to take care of said issue, or you'll likely do more harm than good). Not an issue really, if you don't know about it in detail or you have to ask about this don't bother with it.

The latest DD files for SE are the All in one installer  for version 5.0 (which is a MEGA link for a 2GB file). I don't have it at the moment to check this, but it should contain only one DLL file to avoid confusion, compatible with SKSE64 2.0.17 and 2.0.19. So verify you got that file and follow/read any instruction or setting in the installer. If you still have problems ask in that mod thread (follow the "Get Support" button in the link I gave you).

hey thanks for the help but i downloaded that file 2 times to make sure it says clearly that its for speacial edition and it literally was updated on 27 january but still the same 1 error that keeps me from starting the game, anymore ways i can fix this? someone help,

Other than checking your SKSE64 version no, that's the latest/only file you should need. Which SKSE64 version do you have?

 

If you still can't make it work you should totally use the support thread for that mod in question.

i have skse64_1_5_97 version does it need to be changed? and if so can u tell me how too

Current SE build 2.0.19 (runtime 1.5.97) this is what i downloaded

So 2.0.19. 1.5.97 is the version of the game executable (just to clarify the version scheme). If that's the case and you have the DD SE files for 5.0 then I have no idea (your SKSE64 version is compatible with the version linked above). So for a third time: ask in that mod support thread. This is not me being fussy, that's the whole purpose of that thread and where most people using that mod are (even the mod author/uploader should keep an eye in that post) so it's way more likely to get an answer there than in a new thread you made outside of the forum section dedicated to Skyrim SE.

any idea where i can find the 64 bit dll for devious devices integration?
