Tried for a few minutes with the Nightly denial trial for constantly triggering solo animations and got 3 correct ones in a row.
Does T&L incorporate regular sex lab animations loaded via SLAL? My leading very rough guess is that animation made with keyword only intending for SexLab filtering is being picked.

It does use regular sexlab animations, yes, but uses his own loader rather than SLAL. Not sure if retagging via SLATE works. (https://virginmarie1.wixsite.com/toys/post/faqs-love-packs-slal-animation-packs)

Got it to randomly happen and snagged the papyrus for the scene start and end!

If it is just the case of unsupported keyword I feel like adding support to those keywords just as a default or as a compatibility patch might smooth out the interactions of this mod with SL animations, most people probably has base SL and this running together.

Interesting, I'm far from being an expert on T&L papyrus traces. To me it looks like T&L is ignoring the no Futa setting in your MCM, as to why ... although that arguments error is also odd. At any rate given that Virgin Marie has disappeared without a warning a while ago this mod is currently unmaintained, so I there is no one to provide a fix if it is indeed a bug.
