Lord8Rahl Posted June 28, 2024 Posted June 28, 2024 Hi, I would like to ask a big favor of one of the great FusionGirl converters here, that when they next do some HHS clothing conversion and if it's not a big problem, could they make a simple video of it? Something simple like this. It works for simple clothes, but I can't get it to work on HHS. I also have Graf's pdf guide. Thank you in advance. 1

You just need to change the data folder file paths in the .osp from "FG DT_GunnerAssaultOutfitF" to "FG DT_Gunner" for example. Hey! Huge thanks for the fix. I'm going to attach a version of the conversion with the .osp data folder path changes along with some of my own personal changes that got the conversion to work. I'll highlight my changes below (there's a TL;DR version below as well). For context, I'm going to be referencing the Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit's "FG DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuit.osp" mainly because it was my "test" file. I didn't choose it for any particular reason other than that it was the one I randomly chose to work on first. Also, I'm fairly new to the entirety of the Bodyslide and Outfit Studio tools, so please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about any of the details here: First off, as mentioned before, editing the .osp files to change the <DataFolder> headers helped show the .nif/model in Bodyslide, which was nice. The file attached has all the proper .osp data folder file paths, so the models should now show up in Bodyslide. This detail is admittedly nitpicky, but some of the outfit names in Bodyslide are a bit jarring for me by including file extensions like ".nif" in their name. Purely cosmetic. Easy to change by editing the .osp files' <SliderSet name> header and then (optionally) editing the <Member name> in the Gunner Outfit Pack - FG XML slidergroups file to ensure the new slider name is recognized and shows up in Bodyslide with the group. I've edited all the relevant SliderSet names that had the .nif and removed the ".nif" at the end of those names. I've also updated the slidergroups XML so all the outfits should still populate in Bodyslide with the "Gunner Outfit Pack - FG" outfit group. Likewise, I've edited .osp filenames that had the weird ".nif.osp" filename by deleting the ".nif." It appears that the output path (the <OutputPath> header in the .osp) inside the .osp files is incorrect. Instead of being something like "meshes\armor\FG DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuitF.nif", the proper output path should be "Meshes\DT_Mods\DT_GunnerArmorOverhaul" so that it overwrites the mod's meshes with your desired Bodyslide output. I may be explaining that wrong, but that's the best explanation I've got. I've edited every .osp output path to be the proper output path. This point goes in tandem with point 3: the output filename (the <OutputPath> header in the .osp) appears to be incorrect as well. Using the Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit .osp file for example: the output filename (prior to my changes) would be "FG DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuitF" which generates "FG DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuitF.nif" when built in Bodyslide. I believe the output filename needs to be changed to "DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuitF" so that the mod can recognize the filename (or something like that). Changing the output filename makes it so "DT_GunnerPilotJumpsuitF.nif" is generated when built in Bodyslide, which the mod should recognize. I've changed every .osp's output filename to the appropriate one. This point came about while writing up this post, actually. I was double-checking and testing the outfits and making sure they worked with my changes in-game when, lo and behold ,the random-ass outfit I chose, Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit, caused CTD's when equipping. Luckily, I found out fairly quickly that there is an issue with the Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit. You can read more about the issue on this NexusMods page (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/66931?tab=posts; three comments down in a thread). The fix is to use this mod's Pilot outfit fix (found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74450?tab=files), but I don't think the fix is compatible with Fusion Girl. I'm not knowledgeable enough to do conversions yet, so I can't fix it. Best workaround for now until someone converts the fix would be to not equip the Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit. TL;DR I made some further changes to the Gunner Outfit Pack - Fusion Girl conversion so that they'd work for me. I've made no changes to any meshes or how any outfit looks or anything. If you've got questions, I'm probably not the most knowledgeable person to help you out. I can maybe help with .osp related file stuff, but anything mesh-wise like clipping and stuff is beyond me. I'll list my changes here, and you can download the attached file if you'd like to try it out. Changed .osp file data folder file paths to the correct ones. Changed .osp file Bodyslide outfit names to not include ".nif" in the name. Purely cosmetic change. "Gunner Outfit Pack - FG" outfit group should still work and show all outfits. Changed .osp file output path to the correct ones. Changed .osp file output filename to the correct ones. Not a change, but a notice: Gunner Pilot Jumpsuit may cause CTD on equip. Best workaround is to not equip this outfit until this fix (found in the optional files) is converted to Fusion Girl. These changes made the built outfits show up in-game with my FG preset. No problems thus far aside from some minor clipping. You may experience more clipping with more extreme presets. YMMV. Cheers. Gunner Outfit Pack FG - Fixed Probably.7z

Were they omitted intentionally, or was it just not intended to be comprehensive? I also was going to embed the small shoulder bag in an update to one of my mods, and then realized it wasn't included in your set.
