i prefer a more dragoon look despite my preference for light armor.

but it looks good just not my style

I'm thinking about trying out some ideas on the 
"Penny" musketeer outfit - at least the core of it, 
since one of the textures I have has fleur-de-lis 
which I think could look good on it.

can't wait to see what it looks like

[edit] it mentions crashes but not my crash, it crashes right after the game's logo.

Start removing any mods that affect first children, then races one by one until you find the offending one.

Lucy and Loki

For X117 and UNP

I found two images that I liked and combined the two and came up with this. My first attempt at a double sided mesh. It had a bow in the back and I did not like it so I put one around the neck. Comes in 3 colors, Top, boots and horns. Craft-able at a forge under leather.

I started off with just a bangle and worked around it and came up whit this. Then got rid of the bangle. I'll use it on something else. I started making zippers and did not like them so instead I put buttons on everything. I really like this one. I think its a keeper. Comes with top, boots, gauntlets, horns and a snake. Took forever to find a snake model. Craft-able at a forge under leather.

I totally dont understand!

I download mega extender, copy to mozilla except folder, but how to install dont write anything...

I refresh mozilla, I use link to download... and finally not work....I send pic:

Why not except simple download from mediafire???

Ehh... sry for my angry write...

The dl link is down now. lostdaywalker took it down momentarily (I'm pretty sure), but I still have the info, if you want it via strait-up upload. If there any problems getting it back to Mega, I mean. The only thing Mega usually requires is that you use Chrome to dl. Wonder what happened?

Opera works for some of the files (less than 100 meg, or 150 meg - I forget the cutoff point.)

Since this is the only site I've not been able to download from using Firefox, and their constant barrage of "install chrome, use chrome" I really have to think that google is a silent partner and is doing everything they can to push their browser (since their total lack of privacy caused loads of people to say HELL NO to Chrome.)

So for those large packs Opera couldn't get, I installed chrome, downloaded them, then wiped chrome off the system immediately.

If you've never read Google's privacy policy, you really should.

here a trick:

install addon for firefox

no more messages, download and upload works without problems

So I'll continue to use opera for mega downloads and firefox for everything else.

It would seem like MEGA just changed something.

When I went to download LDW's latest two outfits Mega told me Opera was no longer good enough and told me to download Opera Next.

So chances are whatever they changed also broke the extender.

Boy Mega sure bought into the "you must have the latest greatest up-to-the-second version" meme all the way.

You can either wait for the extender to get updated (if that's the problem) or just install a second browser like Opera Next and use it for downloads from Mega and use Firefox for everything else, which is what I do.

The sort of good news is that unlike the old version of Opera, Opera Next actually does save to disk without the intermediate manual save Opera required.

Well the idea I had for the musketeer outfit didn't pan out - could not get things to line up properly and it looked like crap.

Like the new ones LDW, I had a look at the textures because I wanted to change the snakeskin boot to have a black heel, but the texture was empty so I have no idea how it actually works.

Did another texture for that Japanese Dress - this one a sort of Norse Occult (seemed fitting.) Tried it with silver but the colored symbols looked wrong, and silver with those symbols in black and white looked too faded, so I ended up with gold and colored symbols.

This one was finicky since each symbol had to be pasted into place manually - and the damn GIMP crashed on me again and cost me a couple hours work - I really must save more often.

If you are asking what I think you are asking, then the completed downloads go to your Downloads folder (C:\Users\[Your Name]\Downloads)

When I first started using Mega, it took me a while before I could find the finished downloads. I thought something was wrong too because downloads would start and then reach 100%, but I could never find the files.

Once you get everything working though, you will find Mega just as good, if not better, than Mediafire.

You make those glasses or were they a download (I tried a bunch of them but they never fit right since they weren't made for the COTS body)?

Lace Rose pattern. The picture below is what I was going for. My shoulders are a little large, and I did not make it a corset and I don't want no damn Bow. Overall not to bad. My edge work is getting better.

I think the shoulders look fine - puff sleeves like good on a sexy little black dress.

In fact, between the glasses and the dress, reminds me a lot of that Lise Loeb Stay video (though her dress was a touch longer.)

I will definitely be downloading this one when you post it, and I forsee much texture experimentation.

Please use jdownloader for downloading. It makes everything soooooo much easier.

You can even put link url for a page with many pictures, and it will download all pictures.

Use it for everything. Simple.

I'm not sure i can publish it. It came out of my oblivian folder and i'm not sure who

created it, all i did was convert it to skyrim. It is one of my faves too .

Afaik it's one of Koutetsu's older designs. I wasn't even aware of him publishing it for oblivion. It would be great, if You'd share it. I'd delete it as soon as Koutetsu would mind.

I've been playing around with editing armor in nifskope to make it transparent and glowing, as if it were a kind of force armor. I keep running into problems with hands and feet not actually being inside the gloves and boots of the armors I choose.. is there a way to add in the meshes to an existing piece of armor? I'd love to make the Nova armor from the flat pack transparent.

I got it to work sort-of, by cutting meshes from other armors and pasting them into the nova gloves and boots. The meshes don't really match, but it's better than totally missing hands and feet.

It is done. I was working on these last 3 at the same time. I used the arm gauntlets from some pantyhose mod on nexus, but I thought I could do better. Did not really like it. So I am working on a new one from scratch.

Dress, boots, arms, glasses, earnings.

Maybe tomorrow.

If the hands and feet are completely covered, there is no point in having hands and feet in them. Its generally not done because it causes clipping issues that are hard to deal with. High poly gloves will bend differently than the low poly hands. Also its a visual issue as well. Your hands and feet will look way too big. Even on some of the open toe shoes where the foot has to be shown, it looks like you have bugs bunny feet.

Came out better than I expected. Not perfect but not too bad either.
