[mod] [CK3] Submissive Partners

Hi, I tried to download both 1,18 from this thread and 1.19 file from the mod page, but game flags them as for 1.18 version and crashes on initiating. 
Edit: The descriptor had 1.18, changed it and now it works

Chinese localization is included in the current version of the mod.
