I was the one asking @Gristle to condition dialogue to make voice generation easier on myself as there are otherwise about 6000 voice files per voice type and the full voice pack was estimated to be about 25gb. However, I have recently learned that SLSF does not in work properly in VR due to the dll not hooking correctly into VR addresses and the author is unable to provide support. So I will no longer be supporting this comments mod since I'm a VR player and cannot justify the effort it takes to make a voice pack for a mod of this scale that I cannot use. Thus, it is no longer necessary to put in any effort to condition dialogue just for my behalf. I would also like to point out that 6000 lines of dialogue is basically impossible to sift though to add conditions for each one, and not entirely necessary, as most comments are written to be generic. It is only the few more specialized comments that likely would have been conditioned to a specific voice type, so your follower mods should not have been affected. Also, if conditions were added to any dialogue, you can easily delete any or all of them yourself in xEdit if you felt they did not belong in your game. By the way, if you were interested, I made a sad song about the lack of VR support here. https://www.loverslab.com/topic/235938-sexlab-sexual-fame-reloaded/page/37/#findComment-7276803 Edited April 19 by kamithemoon 1
Seeker999 Posted April 19 Posted April 19 I decided to try the cuckold quest. Already had a 'spouse likes to share' relationship. The quest seemed to progress normally, was in Riften when I got the letter about a problem with my deed to Breezehome. Talked to the steward. Nazeem owns the house. I spoke to him in Whiterun, in the Drunken Huntsman, and outside the city proper. Dialog was always the same: I want to buy, he'll only rent. Ends with we can work something out and then he's busy and has other things to do. There's no option to discuss what kind of arrangements. I'm female, married to a male. What can I do to progress the quest beyond stage 103? Do I just need to wait? Or is something else going on that I need to fix/adjust? Under preferences both genders can approach spouse. Thanks in advance.

I just wanted to know if there's a chance you could make a patch to change the location of the Dibella Temple gate in Solitude so it doesn't conflict with the entrance to "The Wayward Rest" inn in the Legacy of the Dragonborn mod? Thanks. I could, but I don't know where I would put it. The current location is a good one because it was out of the way and the door lead naturally into a wing of the Blue Palace. Any suggestions on a new location that would work? The biggest problem is the door has to actually lead somewhere (in 3D space), i.e., not into the air behind the city wall, and not into an NPC home.

Do you mean on stage 65 (Let your spouse spend time in a busy city tavern to find a lover)? At this stage, the mod waits for a random approach from an NPC. It may take a while if you go to the tavern at a time that's not busy. Does your spouse get sex approaches from NPCs generally?

Whenever this has come up I have thought about it only in terms of reducing the size of the voice packs. It makes sense from a purely voice pack size perspective. However, I currently have 5 custom followers in my game: Kaidan, Lucien, Inigo, Thorald, and Bjorn. If all dialog is conditioned by voice type, and excludes them, would it make sense for me to use your mod? I am now concerned. Good point, but it wouldn't be a problem as the follower dialogue and non-follower dialogue is complete separate. So, it would be simple to change the non-follower dialogue and leave the follower dialogue alone. I should also note that I still haven't figured out how to do this in a workable manner. It would be simple if there was, for example, 100 comments on anal fame. Then I could just give 25 different voice types 4 anal comments each and be done. But ... the reality is those 100 anal fame comments are set up for a mix of conditions. All are conditioned on different level (ranges) of anal fame. A few are also conditioned on location. Others are conditioned on the presence of anal cum. Still others are conditioned on the player being naked. And a lot are conditioned on the combination of anal fame with other fame types (e.g., slut fame, whore fame). You could still allocate them to 25 different voice types, but now there's no longer an even distribution, meaning you're going to get a lot fewer relevant anal fame comments unless you're surrounded by a lot of NPCs with varying voice types.

ixtheinterloper Posted April 21 Posted April 21 out of curiosity, is there infrastructure in place to suppress comments on a per-cell or location basis? if i wanted to use a mod that, say, adds a public bathhouse where indecency is expected, it would be weird for everyone to point and laugh at my nudity in a room where everyone is naked

In this mod, if the PC enters any cell with a "TAPLocTypeBrothel" keyword in its location, the negative comments on nudity will be disabled. This is a keyword created by the TheAncientProfession (TAP) author. But any mod can use it without making TAP a dependency -- with the 'HasKeywordString("TAPLocTypeBrothel")' function. I originally set this up for TAP brothels, but I've since used this keyword in other mods for places where naked parties take place. But it sounds like you want a feature in this mod that would let you set a location as a "nudity OK" cell. Unfortunately, neither the Skyrim Papyrus nor SKSE has a function to add keywords to locations. There is a script extender that should provide this feature, but I've never gotten it to compile. I wish I could get it to work, because a lot could be done with clothing keywords as well. Adding the TAPLocTypeBrothel keyword to the location with xEdit would be another relatively simple solution. Yes, I saw that and reminds me long ago on ver 3.72 I had added that keyword to my player homes because they all have baths and the public Dibellan, Solitude and Winterhold baths mods I have. In fact I think I had to add a f'ing location record to solitude bath because it had none. I have to look because I think I also had to add a dummy mod just to hold the keyword so it could be skypatched into location records. KID would likely be the best soft solution for it I think. There's a Quest SLSF_Comments_TAPBrothel which may trigger other comments instead? You tell us, It's hard for me to know where some comments are coming from because I have so many mods spitting them out. 6 hours ago, nunyabidnez said: Could this not be done with KID and / or SPID? I used Skypatcher to do the above,,, you can FilterByLocation and add the Keyword TAPLocTypeBrothel on them using the keywordsToAdd but I had to add a espfe with the darn Keywords I wanted in it. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/articles/10335 KID should work and likely the best solution for a soft update, so should SPID, I think with SPID would have to do it by base form id on the location forms like skypatcher does, and again I'd only used it on outfits and weapons and those required an esp to grab a form id for the source. So Kid can add keywords outright ... I do a lot of kid for BOOBIES and baka SLA_ for (OSLaroused) I had never wrote a ini to hit a location with KID usually I do a lot of clothing but... Edit this for the correct editor ids, use SSeEdit to look up the editor ids for the locations and try this: ; TAPLocTypeBrothel to Dibellan and Winterhold Baths Keyword = TAPLocTypeBrothel|Location|akdDibellanBathsLocation, aaaWinterholdBathhouseLocation TAPLocTypeBrothel_Keyword_Dist_KID.7z Edited April 21 by eflat01

I did have a really wild idea, that may not be feasible at all. But I'm throwing it into the universe. Behind a spoiler because, you know, wall of text (I tend to be detailed when explaining something. Better to risk boring the reader with stuff they already know than assuming they know exactly what I mean or what's in my head 😉😞 Spoiler 1. Is it possible to add the condition at the quest level? if yes, then 2. Is it possible to create voice type groups that are exclusionary and use those groups at the quest level for conditioning? I know, I can hear you thinking that somebody's been hit in the head too many times or hasn't had their morning coffee yet. 🤨 25 voice types (based on your example), 3 voice groups, 3 corresponding quests. Let's call the groups/quests Younger Voice (8 types), Mature Voice (9 types), and Attitude Voice (8 types). create a list of voice types you want in each group. Just to make it easier to refer back to. For example: In Attitude we want the haughty, condescending, sly, etc. voice types. You should see some of my spreadsheets! Create the 3 quests: Younger Voice general comments quest, Mature Voice general comments quest, and Attitude Voice general comments quest. Whatever makes sense and is easily identifiable. And probably less wordy, lol. For all 3 quests set up conditions to exclude Ulfric and any other unique voices you don't think would be appropriate for these idle/general or non-follower comments Set up conditions for the specific quests. E.g. in the Attitude quests you want to exclude the voice types from your list in the Younger Voice and Mature Voice groups DO NOT INCLUDE ANY VOICE TYPES Start moving dialog into the quest you feel is most appropriate. If there is already a voice type assigned, obviously you'll skip it. I don't expect you to remember at a glance which piece of dialog you've already assigned a voice type! You're not a robot, right? ............. I am presuming that voice pack creators either have software that can handle quest level dialog conditions or know how to identify quest specific dialog. I know in XEdit if I go to a quest, and look at the 'Referenced by' tab in the view pane I can see the associated dialog. I can highlight them all, copy, and paste the results into Notepad. I get a list of all the 8-character formid's. But I digress. ***As a side note, if you want to set the repeat cycle to have a greater cooldown, I wouldn't complain. Then again, once dialogs are in the above groups there's bound to be less repetition anyway. And if it's easier to move dialogs in the navigation pane rather than individually editing them, then definitely don't bother with the repeat cycle. I think (hope) that this will: In time reduce the size of the voice packs. I say 'in time' because once the quests are set up, you don't have to go through all the dialog at once if you don't want to. While setting up the quests might be tedious to start, once they are set up new dialog can then be associated with a quest. Followers or npc's with unique voices will not be excluded from any content. They'll still have the subtitles. Users should be used to that. If somebody uses a mod that replaces vanilla voices w/ non-vanilla voices, then they'll have subtitles and not be excluded. Should still provide enough variety of voice types for each line of dialog so that comments shouldn't be noticeably, or at least annoyingly, rare. Even if there aren't a lot of people around. How many voice types are there between the base game and dlc's? Does this make sense? And about the Cuckold quest, I wanted it to be Nazeem so that's fine on my end. I'm still on 3.72 and probably will be for some time (my pt's tend to last a year) so can't test your fix. I wanted to try it, but I don't think it fits my character, not this pt or at least her current level so am going to an earlier save, changing the marriage type, and ending the quest via console commands. But I'm keeping the information in my story line (told you I had spreadsheets) and turning it into a dream sequence. Kind of like Dallas did when they turned a whole season into a dream so they could restart from an earlier season.
nuclearstorm Posted April 21 Posted April 21 While messing with your Dibella's Love mod I've noticed that Fame Comments seems to do its own check for nudity probably with the same clothing keyword method. Would it be possible to let Advanced Nudity Detection handle this functionality as it's also integrated into the fame framework reloaded and has much finer adjustments without a single tiny item acting as a 0 and 1 switch?

Download Cathedral Assets Optimizer (on Nexus) 2. Open the folder where the voice archives are with it 3. Make sure "BSA extraction" is selected and "delete source files" so you don't have to do that manually 4.
