1 .By using the tool to adjust the value of one of the female butt items to 1200 can cover(not acturally fix) that butt problem
2.There is still a little problem that after time accelerating to 2 or 3,the breasts appear to be overstretched during movement or displacement, hopefully this can be fixed as well

By default, simulations are paused during speed 0 (paused), speed 2 (faster), and speed 3 (fastest). This can by changed on the second part of the General tab in the Commander.

There is a weird thing going on with the female butts, I can't seem to get rid of it unless I disable female butts.

Some weird mens anatomy moves around depending on the clothes too.

Is there a fix for this? Thank you

Here's another experimental build for you guys. I streamlined some things and I think I may be close to solving the butt issue. The default nude butt still looks a little frumpy, but I think it's better than before. The problem appeared to be that some of the butt vertices had the maximum amount of bones associated with them, so I was forced to overwrite the least influential bones if a free index didn't exist. This makes the butt look a lot smoother than before, but still not perfect.

Anyway, if you feel like it, check this build out and let me know what you think.

Edit: Crap, left some debug code in. Please try this build.

Hello I recently stumbled upon this unhandled exception after downloading this build although I still had both the RTBP mod and log/settings(@ Electonic Arts<Sims 4) in my file anyway to fix this possibly?? Should I delete the log and mod for this build and also should I delete the commander as well? btw I love this mod been using it from time to time for 1-2 years now and just want to give you your flowers and say I love u and hope for better things to come along ur way towards all your hard work! Merry Christmas btw! <333

Oops, I accidentally left some debug code in there. Please redownload. Sorry about that.

I'm getting this error when trying to install the commander.

sims 4 this code execution cannot proceed because libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem

Any fixes?

I haven't tried to install it, so i haven't seen if I get the same error.  Here's what I've successfully done so far - I've run "RTPB Commander.exe " while Sims 4 is running and switched back and forth between windows.  For now, try that to see if that works for you (if you haven't already).

Using RTBP v0.4-p6-e2 2023-12-25:

1.  I'm seeing similar issues as other people with the physics system enabled on butts (I've been focused on the female).  There's some kind of bad-looking layer that juts out and the underneath there is a jagged-looking gap between that layer and the rest of the body.  I tried using Commander to change the physics settings.  I guess I've tried this on default mesh and Eve 9.1 bottom mesh.  I can improve it by reducing physics settings, but the only way to get it to look normal or even good is to just disable the butt physics altogether.  The breast physics has similar issues with layers not linked in a smooth manner, but it's not bad enough to cause me to not use the physics system.  I guess some of this has to do with the mesh used too to a degree.

2.  And here's a weird thing I noticed having breast physics enabled.  When it is enabled, there are a bunch of masculine tops (example: men's tuxedo top) or even unisex (both masculine and feminine) that get physics applied to them in very weird ways.  And it's not even in the breast area - it looks like it's on the shoulders.  Very obvious and weird-looking.

"libgcc_s_seh-1.dll" is included with the RTBP GUI tools. Are you sure you extracted every single file?

Apologies I'm just dumb lol. My window was shrunk and I didn't move all of the files...

Find your installation directory. This will be different depending on the method you used to get the Sims 4.

* For the EA App, look in "C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\".

* For Steam, look in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\".

* If it's through Origin (which I think has been depreciated?), look in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\".

After you've found your installation directory, navigate to "Game\Bin". Find the file named "d3d9.dll". That is where most of RTBP resides. Delete that file and RTBP will no longer be loaded when you start the Sims.

Finally, go to "[MY_DOCUMENTS]\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\" and delete the folder named "RTBP Mod". That will remove the component that relays messages from the Sims 4 to RTBP.

That ought to do it. If you want to remove your settings and log files, go to "[MY_DOCUMENTS]\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\" and delete the "RTBP" folder.

Please can someone write step by step how to install this mod. Because I got tired of setting up because I can't find any explanation how to install properly and what to do...

I'm just quoting the read me here, but here you are:

1.) Move "d3d9.dll" to "[TS4_INSTALL_DIR]\Game\Bin\". It should be in the same directory as "TS4_x64.exe". Currently, this mod only works with the 64 bit version of The Sims 4.

2.) Move "RTBP" to "[MY_DOCUMENTS]\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\". This directory will house your settings file and log file once it is generated.

3.) Copy the folder "RTBP Mod" to "[MY_DOCUMENTS]\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\".

Experimental releases are not meant for general consumption. Only use an experimental release if you know what you're doing and if you know how to install RTBP manually.

You can use the installer application from the GUI Tools package to simplify this, but it absolutely will not work with experimental releases and it will even tell you that. Make sure, if using the installer, to read the warnings closely. The installer probably knows better than you, so when in doubt, trust the installer.

RTBP is not going to work on Apple computers, unless you really, really know what you're doing. Works great on Linux.

Sorry to add another installation help request, but how to get this to work with gshade or reshade?

The installation readme specifically mentions that situation and what to do about it.  Did you try that yet?

Yes, this is the error after following the readme for reshade

Unfortunately neither ReShade or GShade are working at this time. I'm not sure what happened. It was working before, but then, all of a sudden it just stopped working. I didn't really change anything on my end that could cause this, so I think it could be something with ReShade and forks of it like GShade. I'm still trying to find a solution to the issue. Sorry about that.

Is it possible to change the settings file while in game. I downloaded multiple settings files because Im not sure which one i like more and would like to switch between them as i test them

The "loadSettingsFile" command ought to do that for you. It will instruct RTBP to load the specified settings file and reset all the simulators. You'll have to specify the settings file you'd like to load as the first argument to the command.

How would i go about doing that. Do i just replace the settings file in the Config Override folder and reload RTBP?

In game, press ctrl+shift+c to open the console. Type 'rtbp.command "loadSettingsFile [SETTINGS FILE PATH]"'. That or use the commander and type the command into the command line and execute.

You can also use the Commander to change the settings on the fly so you can see things happen in real time.

Tell you what, though, I'll add an option to the Commander to simplify this. I'll add a button or something you can click to load a settings file in the next version of the commander.
