Got hit with public rape punishment where it went for bondage tag animations so it's already built in.

Maybe a switch or percentage slider in MCM so bondage and/or non-consensual animations can be weighted for choice.

Clearly others are using this mod. Ive downloaded the ZAZ mods available on that page but loot says  Error: This plugin requires \"ZaZAnimationPack\.esm\" to be installed\, but it is missing\.

Ok, figured it out that the download files have links to another download site.

So played around and made sure all other mods are up to date, and FNIS used. but enabling/disabling ZAZ animation pack CBBE seems to be where fault is.  Enabled, my character is stuck in a static form.  Without it,.. regular animations but the public whore quest is disabled.   Running  1.6.640.0.8  SKSE 2.2.3

You're using this one? The warning is specifically saying that you have LE version animation files installed. Reinstalling a definitively SE compatible version will help.

Alternatively you could convert whatever mod you have installed using Cathedral assets optimizer, but that'd be more work

Thanks, works now.  Seems modding in the morning with coffee works better than in the evening with wine.
