Still wondering if the "Peggy Elf" hair was ever ported to Oblivion. I've seen it elsewhere for Skyrim and New Vegas but not Oblivion. Here's a link to a screenshot, top row far right.

 

For something else, anyone know of this outfit? I know it's screenshot from New Vegas but according to the one who posted the pic it was ported from Oblivion, I haven't seen it before.

It contains a lot of hair models that are not uploaded to nexus and elsewhere,Also many hairs for skyrim.

I saw peggy4697 of your screenshot in the "oblivion+fallout" folder.

I personally downloaded the"fumofumo reworked hair meshed",and applied them by CS.Really cute and cool hairs.

You can't link to that site (as it doesn't allow that), so we can't see those pictures.  Use Imageshack or some other similar site.

Anyone knows what  head textures are used in this XEO diablo elf?? they look way better than the standard XEO diablo elves....

She contains the original XEO diablo elf head textures, but much more glossy one.

I can't recognize that weird mithril/chainmail armor, looks like a crudely retextured mash-up to me.

 

The race from the last picture has never been shared, making its author laugh his ass off whenever somebody is asking about it.

But this here was an attempt to recreate the race:

I'm not familiar with that hairstyle, but the armor is a black version of 'Dancing Shadow Rose', the 'White Rose' armor turned black. First one is both a mesh-up and a retexture. It consists of Princess of Flowers (main body part, hair accessory) and Apachii Goddess (the shoes). I remember seeing the gloves somewhere, but not sure where.

 

Second one: if you read one post above yours, you would see the race was never shared.

The armor comes from Tera. Use the search function and it should give you enough results.

 

Third one is from SUN Online. I believe Krista ripped that one. You can find it on Anvil Bay.

 

Don't recall anything that would match the last one.
