Funny thing is I was planning on asking the same thing yesterday....

 

Turns out it's not a race. It's actually a full body clothing called Nanatsusaya Costume. Includes the head/hair/tail with the clothing.

Anyone here know where I can find these Weapon and Shield?

 

Unfortunately with the exception of the Shadowrend whose mesh already exists for Oblivion, the rest were ported from Skyrim mods

 

 

Chrysamere - Shadowred (same mesh for Oblivion) - Chillrend - Volendrung - Umbra (not found, linked to a great alternative) - Spellbreaker

 

You can either ask the author of that pic for them, ask someone to port  them over to Oblivion, or do it yourself.

I would say monstergirl coc. There caves and dungeons where you can run into girls that are being held in them in pose like stances talking to them will free them.
