oh that is a shame   i think @fraggerman mentioned something similar because he is working on the topless mod for her and i think he did fix that error or find a way around it, i dont think he mentioned what is was though.

edit: actually i looked back for his post and he said:

 

If you read the thread you'll find out I mentioned there are problems loading sherrias models into blender. I found a workaround and am working on her for a few days now. The error blender gave was blendindices != blendweights so I randomly deleted an blendindices element from the fmt(it was element #3) and the model loaded fine into blender and back into the game after exporting it.

The error that I get is similar to that of @fraggerman but I think not the same, since due to the error that I get, the fmt file cannot be generated, so I cannot modify it.

Try zooming out further when taking the frame dump.  Idk why but that worked for me for Levy when it wouldn't load otherwise.

Did you try extracting the g1m with g1mtools after extracting it from the rdb? That works for me with all of sherrias costumes. Then deleting the extra blendindices element from the fmt allows me to load the model into blender.

I recommend extracting the rdb with Cethleann to get the better file names. I added a link to the Xentax post of it to my main post that links to built executables.

So I discovered something about the "character_costume.xml.e" that's rather unfortunate... Apparently the game has a limit on it for how many extra costumes you can add to the file. As I was adding extra costumes I noticed other characters like levy, lissana , and elfman were missing some or all of their costumes ingame. At this point the only fix I figured out is to put characters you don't like at the bottom and they will be missing their costumes

I have tried, but I can't get Cethleann to work for me, and I don't know how to use it or how to extract the rbd files with that program

There was a wrong hash for Kaguras alt color skin texture. I fixed that and uploaded the new zip. Also bundled @Misaki Ki's Lucy and Erza uncensors. Get the new zip from my main post.
