Here's the original vbs/ibs of the swimsuit/body model. To get them yourself you can extract them from the rdb and then delete the element #3(blendindices  with offset 24) in the fmt to make them able to load into blender.

I see the problem in game now. with the vb and ib's you linked. Is it possible that adding the orginal 'Element 3 blendindices offset 24' line back into the final fmt would fix it?

No the originals work fine without that blendindices element. As long as you don't load them into blender and then export them again. Just load the 6.vb and 8.vb as is. Something with the blender import/export messes it up but I can't find out what exactly.

I borrowed the nipples from a DoAXVV model and the texture from the topless lucy from @Ikaros473 for testing. I still have some issues getting outlines working where the original swimsuit model was as you can see in the image.
Also the nipples are kind of sloppily attached to the original mesh. Cleaning that up will take me some time since I am just starting out with blender. For now I am sculpting on donuts to get a better feel for it.

Any updates for this ?

Im sorry im not really sure what you are asking. Did you mean to have this costume for sherria also?

Bottom link is for "dlc" sheria.... I asked can that mod change sheria orginal alternative costume

when in game if we select sheria alternative costume > that edited mod  (must be) get active (I havent that dlc so cannot active that mod .

(same as wendy just may u changes sheria altarnative costume edit that mod and put changes u need (.ini file I guess) for sheria alternative costume instead buying that dlc)

Oh I see. Unfortunately that would not be possible. This would break the rules regarding unlocking dlc
