Are the versions after 6.3.24 not safe to add to an existing game? Because I'm having trouble getting sent to SS++ from SL Defeat if I update. It works from the MCM though.

Yes, they are safe to add to an existing game.  The problem likely lies with the conditions in Defeat.  The command to send you to Simple Slavery is very simple, and the MCM uses the exact same command that other mods use.  So, if it works from the MCM, it will work from other mods, if they actually decide to send you here.

Doubt it. I set Simple Slavery to 100% in post assault and it gives me a default get up and run scene. The other outcomes work if they are chosen. It's just Simple Slavery that doesn't work. Might be a bug. I have to do more troubleshooting.

I am getting a CTD whenever they start bidding.  Crash reporter says this

== Skyrim Crash Decoder v1.0 Report ==

Seems like an NPC pathing related issue. See below if the tool is able to give more details about what is causing it. For more information, you can also google for MovementPathManagerArbiter and see discussions about other people having the same issue.

The following plugin (mod) might have been involved in the crash: "immersive citizens - ai overhaul.esp".

There's not much that I can say about this.  Simple Slavery does not interact with or make use of Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp.  I have used that mod in my games for a long time without any trouble.  It's present whenever I test Simple Slavery or get sent to the auction.

The bidding scene does not use pathing.  Bidders do have assigned seats (it's in their base AI package), but I've seen them get blocked by someone else who happens to sit there first, and the bidding scene still works.

You might test whether you game has become glitchy.  Load a much earlier save, use the MCM to send you the auction, and see if you have the same problem.

I have SLUTS Resume 4.5.0 in my game, and have it as a outcome in Simple Slavery.  The first time SS sent me to SLUTS worked fine; I worked off my debt and was freed.  Later on, and had another enslavement occur, and once again SLUTS was apparently the outcome, but I got an error message saying that SS couldn't create the enslavement. Other outcomes work correctly.

Can you be more specific about the wording of the error message?  Are you sure it was from Simple Slavery, or was it from SLUTS Resume?  If it was from SLUTS, that's outside the control of Simple Slavery.

At one time, the old SLUTS had a problem that prevented it from starting a second time in a game as a Simple Slavery outcome.  I fixed that in SLUTS Redux 2 for LE, and I'm pretty sure that SLUTS Resume fixed the problem too, but I'm mentioning this in case I'm mistaken about that.

Error message attached. It probably IS a SLUTS issue;  I might try an earlier release and see if the issue persists, as I'm pretty sure I could get multiple enslavements by SLUTS via SS++ in the past.

I can't seem to get Simple Slavery to scan for new mods.

Did that function get removed from the current version?

In any case, SS won't detect any of my Devious Devices mods.

It checks for installed outcome mods whenever you load the game.

I assume that you mean mods used as auction outcomes that also make use of Devious Devices, like Deviously Cursed Loot.  Check that your Devious Devices is installed and working correctly, then check those mods to be sure that you can see them and that they are working.

I seem to be having issues running this mod. Currently when opening the MCM or using any scenario that should start SS++ I see the message "Warning - script integrity check failed, this mod will not work correctly". As far as I am aware the only mod that should be altering SS++ is the Auction House Redesign. Though I have tried to remove this mod and with a new save I was still seeing the same error message.

That occurs when something in your installation overwrites SS++ scripts.  Check that you don't have anything like that, including stray files in your Data folder or in an override folder.  All Simple Slavery script names start with SSLV_.

Although I don't think that mod would cause this error, just be aware that the author has said, "I took the mod down after seeing that everyone was having issues with the mod that I have no idea how to fix, and wasn't comfortable leaving the mod available for download knowing it had these issues."  Another player replied that "I've found that you can't update an old game and you can't remove it if you started a game with it."  So, you might have problems until you start a new game, but I don't think this would cause the script integrity problem.

It doesn't look like anything is overwriting it? I have checked both my Overwrite folder, and Skyrim installation for files including sslv_. and both searches came up empty.

Something is overwriting a Simple Slavery script.  That's why you're seeing the error.  The offending script might be in a BSA file of a mod that's lower in your load order.  You could try loading this mod last.  I seem to recall that some players have mentioned finding SSLV_ scripts in a Skyrim cache folder, but I don't remember the details.  You could search your Windows AppData folder for SSLV_*

I have moved SS++ along with other mods utilising it to the bottom of my load order, and have ensured that the esps are also low in the load order. I am still getting the script integrity check failed message, really not sure where to go from here.

Those mods should be okay.  (Auction House Redesign has the problems mentioned earlier, but I don't think it overwrote any scripts or I would've talked to the author about that).

Did you search each of your drives for files named SSLV_* as I suggested?  If you still can't find the problem, start a new game with all mods toggled off except the absolute minimum to support SS++.  If you still get the error, it's a stray script file somewhere on your PC.  Otherwise, try gradually adding back mods until the error occurs to identify which one is doing it.

I have searched and the files that I have found all seem to come from the mods I have posted in the image above - the only mod that was an outlier seemed to be some scripts from Improved Camera. I have removed those files and will see if anything changes.

Hi just want to confirm I have it working now - though I have noticed there seems to be no auctioneer or customers actually inside the auction house redesign sadly. Looks like I might have to revert to using the basic auction house design :(

Will Simple Defeat send me to this mod when defeated?

I had to go check (I use Bane Master's Defeat Updated), but I don't see a reference to enslavement of any kind, so I believe the answer is no, it does not.

Devious devices is working.  I have about 5-6 DD mods (Bandits Paradise, Submissive Lola Resubmission and those below) running now and none of them are being detected.

Though oddly enough, Game Show is showing up even though Blacksmith's Apprentice isn't and they're part of the same mod.

My problem might be that I'm not using Open Animation Replacer, as it appears to conflict with Dynamic Animation Replacer.

As far as I understood, DAR has stopped progress and has been replaced by OAR. You should be able to easily switch - on a new game, that is.

Just saying: You're still using the old DFC 2.14 - Lozeak is back and resumed working on his mod (albeit slowly), you might want to check DFC 2.03 (2025)
