Okay, so I have been trying to run CE on 1.8 since 1.8e came out, and only had any success while loading my older unmodded saves. I would get CTD after a few hours when starting a new Sandbox game and from that point on it would just persistantly crash.

 

After following this thread I did end up getting the OnGovernorChange Workaround mod, but honestly it didn't change much for me. I tried running nothing but CE and default events, CE with all event packs, CE with all packs HotButter and HotButter packs. Nothing worked persistently. Even when loading my old saves after a while it starts to CTD.

 

Tried playing without CE, just loading different mods like Fourberie or Serve As Soldier, and would still get CTD from time to time. The only times I don't get CTD is when I load an old save without a single mod. Seems to run stable for some reason.

 

BUT TODAY!!!! I just searched Nexus for "1.8 fix" just in case some grand samaritan decided to take it upon himself to fix SOMETHING ... and landed on this:

It's a fix for ServeAsSoldier 1.8 which was released 4 days ago.

 

So, I loaded ALL my downloaded mods. Harmony + Butterlib + UI Extender + MCM + OnGovernor Workaround + DismembermentPlus + CE + All CE packs + HotButter + Hot Butter CE pack + MC Amazonbody + Bastards + Shackles + Fourberie + Serve as Soldier + SAS Fix (provided link) and started a brand new SandBox game as Battanian (to keep away from Baltakhand and it's walls) just to see how long it would take before it starts to CTD continually ... and ...

 

I've been playing for almost 12 hours today, saving, loading, closing BL, reopening BL, getting captured, interacting, everything!!! NOT A SINGLE CTD!!!

 

The ONLY differance I did was add SAS Fix. The rest I had already done countless times with no success. I HOPE that maybe this helps out this community either run their own ModSet, or helps BadListener figure out why so many have had persistant CTDs. In the meantime, I'm going to go back to enjoy the most stable modded experience I've had since upgrading from 1.7.2 !

 

I am not a programmer. Hence, if it works, I will not question or change ANYTHING, I'll just enjoy untill it doesn't work anymore. But I do hope this helps someone, and if not, sorry to waste your time.

 

UPDATE: Still running after hours and hours without a single CTD.

I'm having a crash on startup where it's saying it ran into a problem and needs to collect information, blah blah.  This happens when I try to start up with Default Captivity Events, Concubine Expansion, and/or Bandit Expansion checked. Running 1.7.2 now, having just updated to that recently after reading horror stories about 1.8.  And yes, I've checked for blocked .dll's and I don't have any options to unblock them when examining their properties, so I'm forced to assume that they're unblocked.

With every launch of the game, keep disabling mods, one by one, in the launcher, to find the bugged one...! ?

I did, that's how I determined it was those three in any combination of them, individually or otherwise.  Launching gives me 80 events total without those three checked.

sorry for posting a question here. I don't know how to add a simple town option.

I would like to add a small dice bet option when I stay in the town or castle. However, I couldn't find it when I looked for other scripts. 

I tried to find it on the site, but it's hard to find because I'm not from an English-speaking country.

Well, this was a fun mod for me to use, but trying to update it has made it unusable, and nothing I can do has helped, so end of the line for me.  Thanks for the fun

Greetings. Noticed that the default captive images are male during a female player play through, anyone know why this is? Was going to just replace the images with preferred once, but I can't figure out what image they are after clicking through a few dozen. The scenes work, just not the "You've been a prisoner for XXX days" one.

i'm on 1.80, with hot butter, and using  tb's captive events. sg's bannerlord ce, boukenshas binder, sadsun's brothel events

Funny question. How can I make the game think I'm playing a male character when I'm actually playing a female character?

You know, since no one is going to make this mod "futa-friendly"...  you have to improvise.

this mod is really cool and i love playing bannerlord with this
i am new in bannerlord and i download the latest version . 1.8e
my mod work good but i have a big problem
i can save game and play but when i reboot my pc all save files will be corrupted
dont know how to fix this or anyone else have same problem

Is there a particular trick to getting the Hot Butter integration to work? I have both installed but it doesn't seem to trigger for any events and I instead just get the normal flavortext.

Boukenshas Binder states it should be installed in zCaptivityEvents\ModuleLoader with CaptivityDefault and CaptivityRequired but the former seems to be missing

Hello, do not know if due to captivity or linked mods, some others mods or the bannerlord version, but now, the screen on creation or levelling is messed up due to quantity of new skills that prevent upgrading skills since there is nothing to navigate among the several pages resulting. Appears when using mod Banner king.

Same problem here. I guess its because Banner Kings adjust the skills layout to show its own new skills but it screws up with the additional CE skills. 

Good news is that after a few reloads, it seems to have fixed itself

Suggestion: If you get captured in a situation where you didnt lose your army, like when sneaking into an enemy town, it would be cool if your army moved on to another town so you had to catch up with them on your own.

 

For example, my character got captured sneaking into a Khuzait town, was imprisoned, sold to a slave caravan who dragged her all the way to Sturgia and sold her to a merchant, got sold again and moved to a different city before she finally escaped. Now it would make for a fun dilemma if she had to make her way, naked and alone, all the way back to get her stuff and find her party, but she was just back with the party who apparently followed her all over Calradia without breaking her out. I don't know if Bannerlord modding allows for moving your party without you, but it would be cool if it did.

Save, Exit to main menu, Load. It will fix itself. That's because of the Banner Kings simply displaying all skills even those added by another mods that are not supposed to be shown.

I have a question.
I'm trying to create a custom event, but it doesn't work.
