Celedhring Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 Any differences between the 1.6.1 1029 and the 1.6.2 1030 versions? Particularly as I prefer to stick to the stable version (1.6.1.) Just wondering why 1.6.1 wasn't updated to 1030 as well.

Some additional pictures, nothing major 1030 is still work in progress and is in beta with some features.

events can be made to co-exist for more options rather than it being overwritten, also since zTBCaptivityEvents is on hold perhaps some stable portions of TB could be included into CE, it's a pity TheGodEmpress Posted August 30, 2021 Posted August 30, 2021 (edited) Hi, i downloaded this mod along with SadSunsEvents, SadSunsEvents and SadSunsEvents (i'm not sure which one could be having this issue) but under some slave stuff (with heros you have captured) i get things that say "Fut_Hero_Personal_Slave_" and some other stuff beside it. Pic as example. i was wondering if someone could help me figure out whats going on. (Pics showing my module folder and moduleloader folder.) Whizkid Posted September 4, 2021 Posted September 4, 2021 playing on CaptivityEvents1.6.2.1030, after capture and freeing myself the party name became unnamedMobileParty, this happened when my party rebelled and enslaved my character and then was sold to a hideout, which i managed to escape, after escape the party name became unnamedMobileParty, is there a way to rename or my save game is trash? its alright as i just started a new game.

Ooh, that's not great. I'll have to do some testing to see if there's a better way to handle that with the hideout event - I'd not run into that in testing.

Whizkid Posted September 4, 2021 Posted September 4, 2021 @transfer, is it possible to randomise the option select i.e. mod provides options as per requirement but the selection process is via a random select, this is to take the choice away from the player that way we cannot determine the outcome and makes for a more interesting game play as the end result is not predictable. an option will be to not allow players to select the varies options available and have just one selection which determines the outcome, randomised seed to include certain characteristics e.g. skills/traits/slavery/attributes etc... e.g. an event from thief chasing TB mod show players the choices available as per usual - Press this button for outcome <- adding this function in all choices - Let them go - Run after them - There is something funny going on here.. (this is grey out due to low roguery) - Call guards to help chase her down not sure if this is doable or if it will break all the mods.
Whizkid Posted September 4, 2021 Posted September 4, 2021 (edited) @transfer, found another slight problem, i tweaked the tb mod to up the moral losses due to event as a result my troops again mutinied, as i am playing the storyline i had my brother with me when the troops mutinied and a couple of companions, the companions were scattered to the various towns, but my brother seems to be running on his own party as he did not scatter to town like the rest of the companions seems likely he is running alone on the world map, i checked my party clan tab and it only shows my party with my name on it and on the members clan tab it shows my brother running away from an enemy party. not sure if this is intended or some strange side effects when party reverted to an enemy party. btw, my character was immediately sold to a nearby hideout. edit: just saw my brother's party, it seems he was the responsible for the mutiny as he is now leading the bandit party see attached image. edit1: I was released and my brother's party was defeated, eveything is back to normal as my brother can be now found in one of the towns and i had since invited them (brother and companions) back to my party. edit2: there is some weird stuff apparently saved into the save game as a result, i keep ctd when trying to load the game, i noticed this tend to happen after every capture and enslaved, it runs fine until i save the game after released and thats when the save game ctd tried to use previous save files but its the same problem. butterlib reports when it ctd its a problem with some mods and from the trace files it always shows this [00:38:24.579] [System.Diagnostics.Logger.LoggerTraceListener] [INF]: AccessTools2.Property: Could not find property for type 'System.Boolean' and name 'SelectedIndex' its been pretty consistent when this happened, not sure if anyone face the same problem. upload the save game if u can try it at your end.
