I lost all of my save and save file. PLEASE HELP ME!

My laptop got bluescreen, and all of my files is gone including every mods, save file, electronic arts folder, everything I save on gallery even the game. And I all want is bring back my sim that I create. I've been looking everywhere and try everything to bring back my sim but still din't work. Just give me everything you know I'll very appreciate it.

Do you use one drive....is your documents folder synched to one drive?

I use one Drive but nothing inside electronic arts folder

Well, I hate to be the guy bringing the bad news. If you don't have a backup of your TS4 files, everything is gone. The game doesn't use Origin's cloud save feature, so only stuff you shared via the gallery (not just saved, really shared it with the rest of the world) is still somewhere out there (it's in the gallery and can be downloaded from there, to be precise). All the stuff you just saved when the game prompted you to do so? That's gone, sorry.

good idea to get a flash drive and regularly save your mod and saved games folders to it.....tray folder too if you use downloaded lots.....anything goes wrong you have back ups....

1st you want to remove the drive and access it read-only.

Every write operation may delete data which is still on disk but not in the file allocation tables.

There are free tools to recover data if the disk can still be accessed and of course paid services.

 

Do you have a 2nd PC and time to try to restore things? I'm not sure whether created sims are worth the effort.

Also there is the possibility that your Laptop is dying and it may happen again once you get everything working again.

 

Having a secondary physical hdd, either internal or external is essential to store regular backups.

You need to take avoid booting from the hard disk drive/ssd as there information gets overwritten by log files.

If you boot from a cd/dvd/usb recovery media and have the disk drive / ssd still installed use an external USB drive to write data to.

If you removed the drive/ssd and use a 2nd PC to boot and read it never try a repair which overwrites information. Either use the boot drive of the 2nd PC or an external drive.

I actually had this sim from 2 creator sim which mean downloadable and I'm trying to made the sim again by "breed" them again but the sim din't born same like it was, they look so diffrent but I'm keep trying and trying but still din't work. Is there any way for this?

Offspring in Sims 4 is rather random - the game takes the physical features of both parents, decides for every category (hair color, eyes,...) that either one is dominant or that both can be mixed (this is the random part), and then creates a new Sim from that. If you want to "design" a child (have a specific outcome in mind), you need to go into CAS and create one from scratch (or completely remake an existing one).

The problem is l'm not good at creating sim. But there is one time they look same when they kid then they change so ugly when reach teen. I'm not change anything
