Disobedience Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Getting the same issue; downloads will stop randomly. It'll 'finish' the download, but the .zip file will be corrupt.
Victoria K. Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Getting the same issue; downloads will stop randomly. It'll 'finish' the download, but the .zip file will be corrupt. Exactly the same for me too. I've downloaded a mod with no issue not long ago but now I'm getting the corrupted archives trying to download the Zaz Animations, tried several times. I see many people reported this issue the last few hours.
Victoria K. Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Should be just a temporary issue. Waited for a bit then tried again five or six times and got it working right now, got all the archives with no issue.
nobocks Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I managed to download a whole 500kb of a 51mb file earlier. Then it failed and said that it was actually +1petabyte
D_ManXX2 Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I guess it not just uploads then that would explain why i was getting problems uploading new stuff here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26024-error-500-or-io-error-when-uploading-stuff/ it will terminate the upload with either IO error or error 500.
Guest Ragna_Rok Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 upload last night about 2 am european time was interrupted a couple of times (size about 10 mb). today for lunch it worked just as smooth as possible, guess its fine again. just saying. *yoink!*
Cranky Cat Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 Is this a problem I just have to wait a few days on? I haven't been able to download anything larger than a couple of megabytes before the download halts. Chrome, IE, and FireFox do it and there's nothing on my firewall log. Edit: Actually, perhaps LL doesn't use Cloudflare anymore. It looks like Linode.com is their provider now. I downloaded 100 MB from what appears to be the location of LL's files in less than 2 minutes. http://speedtest.dallas.linode.com/100MB-dallas.bin So, no luck downloading for me. :-( Edit2: I was able to do it with Internet Download Manager! Lots and lots and lots of restarts but it eventually did it. Went up to 1MB per second for a while then down to just a couple of BYTES per second, back up again, then back down again, etc. but eventually got it done.
Cranky Cat Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 Download manager works for the files section, I can download attached files from threads, but the problem can still occur with pictures when I click on a thumbnail. I get the white box where the picture is supposed to go but no picture. For smaller pics I can just try again but larger ones will never come up. The size seems to be the same threshold as files without download manager; maybe up to 3MB evenually but never more than that. So, there are still some issues for some reason. I tested without Kaspersky and without adblockers (gasp!) on IE on a virtual environment and the problem still occurs. I got the popup porn ads and everything but no larger pictures. Here's an example of a direct link where I have the issue (warning - werewolf sex :-p) http://www.loverslab.com/uploads/monthly_03_2014/post-103460-0-84077300-1394082137.gif
Guest Jezzy Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 hi! For some reason, all the downloads on LL are not working for me. I always get the 15 seconds warning even if I didnt download anything. Am I the only one with this issue? Thanks ^.^
ElementalJazz Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Its happening to me too , just going to try a reset. Just tried with internet explorer and it worked. Its just not working on my Firefox at the moment.
TnTTnT Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Seem like site download have problem. No wonder, site goes on and off often today.
ElementalJazz Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I just cleared all my temporary files on Firefox and it works now.
NekuxShiki Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I keep getting an error that something went wrong when the timer for the download goes up and it redirects me to a page that says to refresh it after 25 seconds. When I refresh the page it just repeats this process. This happens with all downloads.
Battle_magi Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Same here, I do not know whats going on. Maintenance, or the server went down unexpectedly....
gregathit Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 The server ran out of hard drive space last night and Ashal got that fixed. However, this may have had a ripple effect that wasn't felt until today. Firefox seems to not be working at all. Chrome and IE work fine. If Chrome or IE isn't working for you, just delete your cookies and cached files for your browser, fire it back up and login and you should work.

After deleting cookies Firefox works for me as far as I can see.

Sakhmeth Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Deleting temporary files and cookies did not work for my Firefox.

As swmas and nanashi50 say deleting cookies in Firefox worked for me as well. Deleting temporary files and cookies did not work for my Firefox. Maybe try to clear all your browser history and not just cookies? i didn't need to do that.. but maybe that'll help?
heavytop Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Removing all LL cookies worked for me and I'm on Firefox. You don't have to delete all your cookies. Just delete your LL ones. You'll have to re-login but it works.
Uriel Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 FF: deleted cookies yesterday and download worked. Today the problem reoccured and i had to delete cookies again to fix it. BTW, downloaded at blazing fast 3 kb/s.
bjornk Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 I'm also having this problem right now. Edit: I've only deleted the LL cookies named as idm_wait_period (there were three of them) and it is working now. However, this is only a temporary workaround, not a solution and the problem is obviously not on our side. I don't know how the download system works TBH, but if it gets any time value from the server, then maybe the server's time is incorrect?
stavstav Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Please fix thanks. No downloads are working.
