If the creator put the mods this way is for a reason, some of the mods are in the Premium Patreon of the Creators, for this, if you want more content like that, you can support this creators, i know is a little difficult for a lot of people, but is how they can do amazing lots like this

I dunno. it just doesn't look like it's loading correctly even though I think I have all of the needed CC.

For being just a loading problem, i think its a little bit extreme ...

 

But wait, on the screenshot it looks like you have not downloaded the Foundation.

Nope nvm. I just tried to place the lot again and it says somethings were removed because I don't have them. 

 

However, I think it just looks like some of the flooring/walls for the ground floor are missing. 

 

Do you know what could be causing this?

 

The chairs, tables, bars, doors on the ground floor are just floating.

Yeah but on the screenshot it looks like you have not the foundation. Check the Building-Part of the CC.

Looks fine now. 

 

It was just the foundation and other build mods I was missing.

Not in Stripclubs based on the WW System. But LMS has the Live-In Business Mod, which allows you to convert an Home-Lot in a Nightclub where you can live in.
