Run it on your old save game and try starting it again. ok i cant run a new save. and im missing a few mods such such as relighting skyrim, wonders of weather, a racemenu patch and some weapon mods i believe. the list wont show me everything but i tried my best to reinstall every mod and i dont know how to view all the missing mods but it cant be much. i made sure all the core mods and heavy script mods were installed. i tried resaver and the save was completely clean

Your version of XPMSE skeleton must be quite old. The newer versions give: Skeleton(hkx) female: Unknown (126 bones) male: Unknown (126 bones) Your FNIS is also not the latest version, I'm on v7.5. The newer versions will give you this at the end: 10257 animations for 39 mods successfully included (character). ChAnims: 10257 CTD:87.3% pOpt:11.9% max: 11752 LC: 22834 (max. 26162) Note the CTD percentage chance.

I never have problems with that amount of animations. What I would do at this stage would be to get my skellie up to date, and FNIS while I was at it. In NMM deactivate all those follower mods and do the same with weapon mods and clothing/armour mods. This will take a lot of the strain off the loading. Double-check that you have Crash Fixes, SKSE Plugin Preloader and ENBoost (or your ENB preset) installed and configured correctly. Run Bethini and choose one of the lower settings (you can easily up it later). Start a new game using a default character, e.g. the first male Nord of the block. Try a wilderness start, i.e. nothing else around. If that doesn't work then you have major problems. If it does work then try an inn start, i.e. NPCs around.

If it does work then try an inn start, i.e. NPCs around. sorry i have been trying to fix this all night lol tired. and yeah i cant start a new game. i disabled all my mods already, however i do NOT have the same ENB, i completely removed my enb with an enb remover. is there a chance that might be whats stopping me from starting a new game or loading my old save? right now all of my mods are deactivated. i definitely have crash fix but i dont have preloader

Some mods continue to function even is the eps is deactivated, e.g. XPMSE skelleton and estrus chaurus. Deactivating all mods generally results in the game not loading (at least in my experience). Followers, weapons and armour/clothing are just textures and meshes so they don't actually 'do' anything. The textures may well be very large and what is causing the problems. This is why I suggested deactivating them. If you have used an ENB remover then you need to check whether it has also removed ENBoost. Look in your main Skyrim folder for enbhost.exe, enblocal.ini and d3d9.dll. If not then you will need to download the latest binary and install it and configure enblocal.ini.
