gdywj Posted August 7 Posted August 7 I can't find the first of the eight notes in Far Harbor. Where is it?

Other than a comment on the NAF bridge post, and a reference to the line "you have no idea how disconcerting that is! please stop tampering with reality like that!" earlier in the comments of THIS post. For anyone who's having an issue where Ivy keeps getting irritated with you, for seemingly no reason, one of the things (if not THE only thing, I'm not entirely sure) that triggers that line, and others like it, is anything that attempts to set her scale lower than 0.95 (iirc, that's what Reginald said earlier in this thread.) NOW for what was causing MY problem. (for reference for anyone else who may be having this issue) SCOURGE has a scale randomizer. Sometimes it caused no issues... others, APPARENTLY, it was setting her scale lower, triggering the line and a relationship hit. on repeat. You can either disable scaling in SCOURGE (idk if she counts as human or synth, but tbh, I just did both anyway, since Synths are mass produced.) OR you can download a mod like RobCo - SCOURGE Excluded Companions, which excludes her (and other companions) from SCOURGE completely. I ended up doing both just to be safe, but either should work. When I loaded up my game, she was still irritated, so I had to use "setscale 1" on her one last time, but that fixed my issue. And, if this is what's causing it for you, should fix it for you as well. Happy Modding, and Happy Ivy! (If i said anything horribly inaccurate or that could break a game/save let me know and I'll edit the post. I just wanted to have documentation somewhere for how I fixed an issue I was having in case someone else ran across it.) Thank you! I would've never thought that'd be the cause. I was using a height scaler mod "NPC Height Changer (Shorter Females and Taller Males)" because I have all fem on high heels so males looked too short. I confirm this fixed this exact issue she kept feeling irritated for no reason!
Crazy_Tomato Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Hi, guys. I discovered this mod recently and this freaking awesome, but I have a problem: Extended Dialogue Interface mod and Meet Companion Ivy seems kinda incompatible cause first one need some patch for compatibility. Btw my dialogues kinda broken : same lines on the loop. Even tho 'Ivy want to talk to you' message pops up - nothing happens

jmlparis Posted September 2 Posted September 2 (edited) Since you're around, 2 questions: 1) - Is there an Ivy's photos and clips gallery (non AI) somewhere? 2) - I found this. Should I use it? (But it says Ivy 4.0 with quest and all, or is it already implimanted in the current one?) Edited September 2 by jmlparis

Malmsey Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Hello Reginald , I play Fallout with Ivy maybe for the sixth time. By the way: Fine piece of work! Ok, there is something that I can't get out of my head: Literally everytime I leave the basement of Parsons after the Cabot - Quest, while the Elevator is running, Ivy whistles a melody, always the same. it sounds awfully familiar to me, but I can't quite grasp it. Please: Whats that melody called? Did I already write, that Ivy is a fine piece of work? Malmsey 1

OMG, thank you, this was driving me nuts, and your comment put me on the path to finding the issue. Mine wasn't SCOURGE or wasn't only SCOURGE I should say. I am also using Height Randomizer which does the same thing, but is even better at randomizing things IMO. Ultimately there is a RobCo patcher exclude list included with the mod. The exact fix is to add "CompanionIvy.esm|000803," immediately after "filterByNpcsExcluded=" in the file "Height Randomizer.esp.ini" found in the folder \F4SE\Plugins\RobCo_Patcher\npc in the mod install folder.
drnonchalant Posted September 10 Posted September 10 This mod is exceptional. I cannot imagine the amount of thought and effort that went into this. WAY more in depth than I anticipated. Thank you so much for this mod and your continued support. Do you have any ways for us to donate? I feel guilty that this is a free mod 😅 1

That helps me keep it alive and the streams on there fresh. 1
