I'm afraid you downloaded hardship from here - that means you need to follow that topic guide, because this mod is not requiring tsex.

The source is included in the archives. You'll need an app to unzip them. (Don't remember what it's called, sorry.)

 

I'm excited somebody wants to poke around with the source. Nothing would make me happier than somebody taking my mods and fixing them for the modern ecosystem that I'm not qualified to do having been away from Bethesda modding so long.. (Especially notice me Senpai)

Ok weird thing hardship loads and shows up in mcm and everything but it wont activate, like it will say ok beggar mode on and then ill exit nothing happens go back in mcm and it says off, i cant keybind anything either

Assuming you've checked all the common load order things. (See item 15 in the OP especially) then the inability to do stuff like keybinding might indicate that the main script isn't initializing properly which could be a corrupted script (Either the main one or something in the requirements.) which means you can try redownloading and reinstalling those.

 

I can't remember if AAF XML conflicts can cause this sort of thing but I kinda feel like maybe that's a possibility too.

It's a great mod! However, when I get to the part where I "ask others if they know any jobs that don't require fighting until someone tells you you can become a prostitute," I often don't get teleported to the designated location, and even when I do, the subsequent events don't trigger. Is this because I installed the Pervert mod (https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/37983-pervert-%E2%80%93-immersive-prostitution-and-harassment/)?

Not sure what you mean by teleported. That should just trigger the normal Hardship prostitution where they follow you until you pick a spot. (Unless you mean the debug teleport john function) As for conflicting with that other mod I couldn't tell you as I haven't heard of it, Sorry.

Sorry, I was using a translator to communicate, which made my speech a bit unclear. It was indeed a problem caused by the "Pervert" mod I was using. It misinterpreted the dialogue as its own content, causing me to be teleported away occasionally. I mistakenly thought it was a bug in your mod. ╯﹏╰

I assume it works as well as anything else in such an outdated mod  It's all pretty self contained so I'd think so... I just think Forced fem/sissification is pretty niche... not to mention considered more problematic these days. Still glad to hear someone's interested. I had a lot of fun with Isabel.

I don't see bw settings in my pipboy, when i played as a female, it runs fine but when i'm playing as a male i don't see it

Wow... That's a new one on me. I did a pretty even job of testing and playing as both back in the day and never had the issue. Search waaaay back through the thread there should be a console command to get it but I sure as fuck don't remember

Was there ever a solution for the random black screen? The one where you can still walk around and do things?

 

EDIT: It appears to be the "_T_hold_blur" image space. Disabling it with console in game solves it temporarily, until the next time it's called.

Sorry about the missing videos. The links lead to Motherless which lost their hosting. IF I can find the local copies I might upload them somewhere else but so far I've had no luck. (Which sucks I love those trailers. I do have all the local copies for the Notice me senpai vids at least.)

Are you sure its missing or just not enabled?

Check the plug ins listing often a enabled mod may not have its plug in enabled
