Simply run FNIS again. When it is done generating simply copy what it says (it usually starts with a description of your skeleton and ends with the number of animations that you successfully loaded). Once copied paste it on this thread.

Easy to diagnose. Your skeleton is not being read. I would guess this means you're using Mod Organizer. In any case, manually move XPMSE to the end of your load order adn, if you are using MO, make sure nothing is overwriting it.

TanookiTamaTachi Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 Then your skeleton mod is still busted. Reinstall it, and see if that improves things. Better yet, download the newest version, and install that.

"magically", it all worked back to normal....? i'm so confused how that happened, nor how it all worked out well.... (for now that is) if there are any modders who are experts in these "troubleshootings", how?

(for now that is) if there are any modders who are experts in these "troubleshootings", how? It's actually fairly simple (especially when compared to other things with Skyrim). When you load a mod it writes over anything that came before it with which it is in conflict. That is why load order is so important. In the vanilla game, for instance, daedric armor is black trimmed in red. If you add mod "A" daedric armor becomes black trimmed in blue. If you add mod "B" daedric armor becomes white trimmed in red. If you load mod A before mod B the final result will be mod B (it will overwrite A and tour daedric armor will be white trimmed in red. If you put mod A last, however, it "wins" and your daedric armor will be black trimmed in blue. Your skeleton works the same way. Previously your skeleton was early in your load order and was being overwritten by other mods which left you with a skeleton that FNIS could not use. When you moved it to the end of the load order nothing overwrote it, FNIS could use it and your problem was solved. By the way, see also, Load Order Optimisation Tool found here: https://loot.github.io/

(side note: is there anything like an "All-in-1" cheat mod like in Fallout 4's cheat holotape?)

(side note: is there anything like an "All-in-1" cheat mod like in Fallout 4's cheat holotape?) XPMSE needs to be below anything that even might load a new skeleton EXCEPT there are a few mods that impact other skeletons where it will be safe (and required if you want the mod to work) to allow them to overwrite XPMSE. As always, carefully read the instructions of any mod that suggests that they will overwrite the skeleton. For the most part, vlothing and armor mods will NOT overwrite the skeleton and therefore it shouldn't matter where they go. Finally, I am not familiar with Fallout so I can't tell you anything about an all-in-one cheat mod. I am familiar with Skyrim's console and you can do a whole heck of a lot of cheating using that baby.
