You need to update Wicked Whims, Nisa's Wicked Perversions, and Basemental Drugs.

Then delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder.

If you have any mods by TMex (TwistedMexi) make sure they're updated.

 

If your using the Patreon version of WW you might be missing the Inappropriate Unlock file.

Public version of WW doesn't need it.

Try looking in your saves and delete the WickedPervsMod folder

Then delete your localthumbcache.pkg

 

Old/New data from updates gets trashed sometimes.

Might just be a random routing error for the cat but if it happens a lot then something else is going on.

 

I'd be looking for either a broken pet mod or trying a game repair.

 

But if your pet cat (sim) is glitched you might have to just delete it.

 

Nisa's error might be something different IDK.

Hai NIsa, I got a Nisa Last Exception file created while playing the Sims 4 game. I am currently using the v1.69.59.1020 of the game. please help me solve the problem

That game version is from June 3rd.

And all the mods are old versions, no one can help on here with that.

Update your game and DL the updated mods.

Update Nisa's WP and any other script mods you have.

Latest game patch broke a few other mods that will also need updating, if you have more mods that is.

T-Mex Tools also needs updating.
