Hey, i faced the same problem and tried to fix it. I'm a little late to the party, but here we go.

Here is a very quick and dirty way to get, what you want. I tried to make an own package, like under the "for artists" part at slavetats, but it didn't work, but "monkey" patching worked.
First get a SlaveTats Package with Body Tattoos, which work on your charakter, then do the following:

-> Have the LewdMarks Mod in MO2 installed, go in the right panel under archive, unpack the LewdMarks.bsa.
->Search the unpacked Folder under slavetats for your Tattoo.dds (example 020.dds).
->go to your mod folder, where your working, installed, SlaveTats Package is, in the slavetats folder/subfolder should be a Bodytattoo.dds, which you will replace. Rename your Tattoo.dds (020.dds -> Bodytattoo.dds) to the Name of the
Bodytattoo.dds, replace the File in the Mod Folder.
->Now in Game Slavetats has the replaced Bodytattoo, it should then show your LewdMarks instead of the original.

if not needed you can uninstall lewdMarks, awesome Tattoos btw.

Hope this Helps.

I’m not sure if there’s an issue with the BSA file or what, but the marks were completely invisible for me with both RaceMenu and SlaveTats. Fixed by installing the older version of LewdMarks (pre 2.0) where the textures were provided as loose files, and then installed the newer version (post 2.0) below that so it would override. Marks show up no problem now.

For those who are posting about the blue/purple skin issue. You didn’t install the mod correctly. That happens when the game can’t find the textures. Reinstall the mod and make sure you either choose all the options for SlaveTats or RaceMenu.

Weird bug on my side, haven't seen anyone talk about it, but all the tats or bodyslide are working, but are blurred for some reason. Anyone got an idea/faced similar issue ?

You are using "glowing" textures instead of the main ones, watch the video on the mod page.

I can't see the glow when using custom skee64.ini settings, it only works when its on default. But on default settings other bodypaints aren't visible anymore when under water or using transparent clothing. Is there a way to make it work with these settings?
iAlphaFlags=4844 ; Default[4845]
iAlphaThreshold=128 ; Default[0]

Hate to bother you again and I'll keep it short. Had to rebuild Skyrim SE from scratch, I'm now finally at the point of playing and this is the only issue left. Lewd Marks isn't working, I once asked you this a while ago and you gave me the fix, and I should've wrote it down. Again so sorry to bother you again. When I'm about to play I get a SKSE Plugin Loader warning; "nioveride.dll LE plugin cannot be used with SE. Continuing to load may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior." Problem is, I use ECE and I need the pex from Racemenu to use a TON of mods. Lewd Marks needs nioverride. I started in game and every other tattoo works including things like blood and bruises, EXCEPT Lewd Marks. I forgot how long ago it was but you did indeed give me the answer which did solve the problem but I can't remember.

My mod is just a set of textures for racemenu/slavetats. Do you have the same problem with overlays (i.e. tattoos) from other authors? Maybe you should contact racemenu support. Maybe I did something wrong when selecting dds-texture parameters, I don't know.

I don't remember what I might have advised. But judging by the error text you are using LE version of racemenu in SE version of skyrim.

No I only have this problem with your mod. Maybe it's my loadorder or some other mods making problems or something. If you don't have a solution it's ok because the marks themselves are visible

The loading order of my mod can't affect this in any way.

Can you give me a link to a tattoo where there is no translucency problem? I'll see what could be the problem with my textures.

So I made two images demonstrating the problem

This is with the default skee64.ini settings for overlays. The glowing texture works normally

This is the recommended settings so bodypaints do not disappear when under water or having transparent clothing over them. The glowing texture isn't visible

the red bodypaint I used comes from Lyru's Tattoo pack collection 2

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/79741?tab=files

Both the Lewdmarks bodypaint and lyru's bodypaint work under water or with transparent clothing when using the custom settings above. They do not work with default settings but that's okay. The main problem now is to make the Lewdmarks glow bodypaint work with the custom skee64.ini settings. I've also seen that some glow bodypaints are visible with custom settings but it's only a small dot in the middle and not the whole texture. I hope this is enough help.

Edit: I now see that the skee64 settings says  "4844, 128 is recommended for solid overlays". I don't know if this has to do with it but if it does and it's not possible to fix then just forget about it. I'm fine only having the glow of the normal textures

would you please make a file that shows what the different tattoos mean? and possibly name the tattoos? this would make it much easier to figure out which one I want to use,

I was having an issue where the entire body was a solid color, despite installing correctly (other slavetats were applied correctly). I found that by unpacking the bsa in the mod and placing the contents it worked correctly, along side other slavetat mods.

Try using Modified Overlay Meshes from Racemenu. With this I can use default alpha values for overlays and have tats visible underwater/with transparent clothes.

Is it possible to make it bigger so that it covers not only the area under the belly but also the whole belly and the area around the navel?

The purpose is for women who have become pregnant and have a large belly. There are manga like that too.

Hi!
The tattoos do not appear in slave tats (they do appear in racemenu) Is there anything special to make them appear?
I did select slave tats integration during installation and i'm using the CBBE version on SE/AE.
There are other tattoo appearing in SlaveTats but not any of yours.
