It doesn't even do that nowadays. it take less time to do that right from the beginning, and once, than relying on tools that can't do miracle, fail, retry, retry, retry, retry... for nothing they start playing after just loading loot (mod x is under his master mod y, that's supposed to be enought?), and problems, they reinstall the game, and again, post some topics asking why this or that don't work, reinstall the game, and waste dozen of hours to fail again checking conflicts in tesedit, for zaz, defeat, bijin, whatever, it's 5 min for mods like requiem, perkus, obis, sic.... it's more, since those are overhauls that edit same stuff as other overhauls from load order but in mod page you may have sic-mod x patch, or requiem-mod y, perkus -mod z patch, now that you know you need a patch, you can just look for it if you are lazy
