Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

I didn't download it because they are quite big in size and I'm not playing FO4 at the moment so there no use for me while I'm playng Skyrim. I am just helping you to locate where these came from. The Hair used for the Preset was also listed there, the download files are still working and a little bit of effort and you will get everything that was used for this particular preset.

 

If you are really after the outfit, it looks like VTAWs that are edited and the proof that  these outfits are personally edited and was not shared was here: https://arca.live/b/tullius/37181684?target=all&keyword=발렌시아가&p=1 This means that there is a photo file there for the textures that was used (you have to download or copy it) and you have to  edit it yourself so that you can change the default textures.

Looks like an incompatible skeleton issue, make sure to have XP32 Maxi skeleton installed (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000), also if you changed her body meshes, perhaps copy the skeleton from (meshes\actors\character\character assets female) folder into her body folder (meshes\NideVeil\Body).

An incomplete 3BBB conversion of body and follower. Take a Bodymesh from an other follower you have.

Edit: Found a preset I like, downloaded it, didn't work .  It's called Newari Crystal Karma and when I downloaded the file on my mod manager, it didn't appear to show up in my racemenu.  Download file is called _12_commonTriRaces.slot

In the comments for that page, there's a link that brings you to a page with that follower and (two other followers)

 

The last image in every set seems to be a google link in disguise ( so you click on the the image and it will take you to a download page.)

 

For the follower you want, its the image where she's in the bathtub with her arms crossed.
