wyatt542 Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Hey me again lol 2 things: First one is that NW VAR Qwinn WAACF BSHeartland Patch is missing its masters. Did I miss something or am I forgetting to enable anything? Also I am T-posing as female. Im assuming it has something to do with nemesis and FNIS not playing well. When I installed Nemesis I created a FNIS output and Nemesis output mod and have them below the actual install on the mod order. Did I do that right, or is it in the wrong spot. Also it never gave me the option to overwrite either folder like you said to do.
wollboi Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 @alaunus01 It's unbelievably frustrating. You can only find them second-hand for ridiculous markups. $1.3-1.7k for a 3080, and more than that for a 3090. If you can find them. I want to verbally abuse everyone using them to create imaginary money while I want to use them to actually play video games. @wyatt542 Make sure you're following the instructions carefully. Spoiler 1 - Clear Overwrite if necessary. 2 - Delete FNIS/Nemesis Output if you've made them. 3 - Activate FNIS Behavior 4 - Deactivate Nemesis 5 - Run FNIS from MO2 6 - Click De-install Creatures 7 - Select Gender Specific Animations, Skeleton Arm Fix, and TK's Dodge (if you use it) 8 - Click Update FNIS Behavior. Wait until it's finished. 9 - Close FNIS 10 - Right-click Overwright. Choose Create Mod. Name it FNIS Overwrite. Place it in the correct spot in the load order according to the guide and activate it. 11 - Deactivate FNIS Behavior 12 - Activate Nemesis 13 - Run Nemesis from MO2 14 - Click OK through the warning messages. 15 - Choose Jump Behavior, Movement Behavior, and Ultimate Combat/TK Dodge (if you use it) 16 - Click Update Engine. Wait until it's finished. 17 - Click Launch Nemesis Behavior Engine. Wait until it's finished. If it gives an error message about missing a block plugin, that's fine. Start back at step #16. If it crashes, that's fine too. Reopen it WITHOUT CLOSING MO2. Start back from Step #13. 18 - When it's done close it. 19 - Repeat step #10, but naming it Nemesis Overwrite. 20 - Place it in the correct spot in the load order according to the guide and activate it. 21 - Drag the newly-created FNIS.esp to where it should go (if applicable). It should be right under 3BBB.esp. Done. I've done this 8 trillion times now (which is still less times than Aylis has run DynDOLOD). 1

wollboi Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 @wyatt542 Did you get a message in Nemesis that it had completed? And you don't have it in your Overwrite at the very bottom of the mod load order?

wollboi Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 @wyatt542 Whenever that's happened to me it's because it didn't complete correctly. Try running it again without clearing your Overwrite or closing MO2.
darkdragonlove Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 OMG I have so many tabs open!!! Is there just a packaged file I can download with all of these recommended mods?
Jessica_Degurechaff Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 This may be bold or plain stupid to ask, but im stupid so eh: Does the new textures recomended only for high end systems (Subgroup: Landscape >High end/Screenshots (FPS)) can be run just ok with a 3070? i ask this not because i do not think that i *cant* run it, but rather if it can RUN GOOD, im not a pc master race elitist, i can deal with a few losses on fps but its still a old ass game that was poorly optimized, so i can see it going down to 20 fps even with my nuclear reactor of a pc. Again, i can deal just ok if its goes down a few fps, its not like its a high octane game, but below 20 fps its just too low, even for an autistic fella like me. (3070, Intel 8700K and game on ssd m2 nvme) TLDR: Does anyoone here with a 3070 or a 3080 (or similar) can tell me if the FPS loss its just way too much with that Subgroup installed? (specially the 8K version on Septentrional landscapes. )

darkdragonlove Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 I'm really hoping to make it as light of a build as I can, though. Can you help me with that? edit: I find it hard to believe the minimum involves several dozen (over 100) mods... but I want to play this in vr. edit2: for that matter, some look like personal choice mods. final edit: so I guess I just want to figure out the minimum build to start. (is this really it?)
BlueInkAlchemist Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 The link for downloading Diverse Random Idles appears to be broken. Not sure if it's just me/my connection/time of day. EDIT: Looks like it was only down temporarily. Huzzah!

This is an extensive and large modlist covering a lot. If you mean the minimum build to start, start with what? which mods? Should I assume for Sexlab? if so then all you need to do is take a look at the requirements for SL and work your way around that. As you also mention VR I'd say double check that side of the build, I'm not sure what's needed for VR or how compatible SE mods are out of the box with VR (I've seen some posts for Skyrim VR and LL mods, as well as mention of a patch for Sexlab/VR so I guess there is something you'll need for VR which is likely not covered here).

With good ol' classic sexlab I loved to use the defeat mod, live another life, death alternative, creature animations... To be honest I was really hoping I could find a way to play LE skyrim in VR LOL!!! Even if it's hacky... I love it so much. I'm looking to have mods like defeat, more nasty critters/creatures, I have a thing for dragons (shocker)... and honestly my favorite mod in LE was the first person mod I had. Here's the VR guide I've considered using. and I'm having trouble figuring out what I'll need minimum. Maybe I missed something obvious...

I do have VR but i do not reccomend trying this guide and "force"(?) it to work on VR, simply put some mods do not work on vr, other broke stuff and other simply do not have the option. Even less if you plan to force it into Oldrim. If by a base list you mean what part to start.. this guide its supposed to be to start to finish, what i mean its that you dont just go "im not going to install sounds" (or textures, or armors etc) , theres a few things here and there that its up to you if install or not, or if you just dont like them and you are sure they will not break anything , sure, skip it (my case for all male mods, since i use a mod to turn everyone into a woman, and some sounds/textures that i dont like) so that. Also, i have been looking for mod guides the past few months, but so far most of them gloss over details that break or make the guide, others are so basic that they are not worth it, other so complex that it will be a miracle if you even understand what tf you are supposed to do. This guide its by far the best i have find, not just for skyrim but for mods in general. Also the mod its for SE, LE guides are..hit or miss.

bluerider96 Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 @Jessica_Degurechaff For me I have the 2070 super which is somewhat simular to the new 3070. With the Subgroup Landscape when I installed and ran it in Skyrim I was going at 57-59 FPS but when in settlements like Dawnstar it would drop to 49 FPS. My system contains is a 2070 super, a Ryzen 7 3800X, 32 GB ram, and my modded skyrim is located into my main ssd. However I might be getting better frames due to more ram since you haven't said what you have or I butchered my lighting that badly. At night I cannot see anything as you can see from my screenshot. If any mad lads know how to fix this I would appreciate some help. 1
unknownwake Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 MO2 has flagged Grass Terrain Remade under "Textures" as redundant with the addition of Tamrielic Textures SE 1 - Landscapes. Is this an error on my part or intentoinal behavior?
Aylis Posted March 19, 2021 Author Posted March 19, 2021 @bluerider96 It all depends on the available light. Spoiler Starlight only Starlight and aurora Starlight, aurora and full moon Now add obstructions (like a forest or cliffs) and it can get really dark. 21 minutes ago, unknownwake said: MO2 has flagged Grass Terrain Remade under "Textures" as redundant with the addition of Tamrielic Textures SE 1 - Landscapes. Jessica_Degurechaff Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 @bluerider96 Oh yeah, i forgot, i do have 32Gb, but i can already make myself an idea of the fps with what you said, thanks. I will squezze every last bit of power of this GPU, i literally had to ask someone on another country to buy it, then ship it to me from the other side of the world because it was cheaper than getting one ON THIS *CONTINENT* , Its stupid.
unknownwake Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 @Aylis Thanks, I totally forgot those were swapped after I finished the textures section. I just installed all my bodyslides (thank you, by the way, for the presets-- having to learn & do that many bodyslides after nearly a week of nothing but installing mods in my free time would've been pretty demotivating). I also wanted to just mention that QUASIPC doesn't seem to install Qw_Ordinator_AOS Patch.esp when using the FOMOD installer, and EmbersXD seems to show up in the plugin list in the correct order by default. Finally, a purely technical question: I'm not entirely sure how that reinstall of Reliquary of Myth in the Patches section worked. I checked the plugins load order and it seems like it did *exactly* what it was supposed to do, giving me *just* the patches at the bottom of the list. I don't think I did anything special in the FOMOD though. Is that a behavior of MO2 or just something that's beyond my knowledge at this point?
Aylis Posted March 19, 2021 Author Posted March 19, 2021 @unknownwake 1. Might be version dependant. But i'll keep it in just to make sure. 2. That is normal. Mods/patches might be removed, but what doesn't change stays where it was before a reinstallation. It's a trick i use so we don't have to move patches manually. __________________________________________________ Preview picture of the 'DX Dark Knight Armor'. Spoiler Hopefully we'll get the bodyslide preset for it soon. Great! I'm not allowed to add more than 20 pictures to a post. Sadly this means i can't update the screenshot section anymore... 1
