HA! I was looking at some as a replacement for that particular dress, i use a different mod for essentially bikini armor with a lot of zaps, so things like the topless forsworn armor is redundant.

The xn angel smile outfit would be OK, not great but OK, the atanis would be pretty good, shorter skirt but they are sisters of dibella so seeing large quantities of leg shouldn't be an issue

Is your pc high end or mid range? I consider mine mid range with AMD Ryzen 3 3200 and NVidia GT 1030. plus 16 gigs of ram... I'm asking to see if its possible to mod Skyrim out the ass and I'm just doing it wrong

The mod from Rudy is driving me nuts. Whenever i fix an issue another one pops up...

 

I'm starting to think it is not worth all the trouble. It is a download of ~5,5 GB and then i'd have to remove about 50%.

Puh! Finally through with the retest of mods already in the list. Now it is to check some things i found while looking for updates and rechecking for the last redundant mods (i'm looking at you Slaughterfish). Rudy will have to wait a bit more. Nine days just retesting stuff is a PITA.

Wonder if Sun would consider making a white version of that outfit. it's for one NPC but almost all of her clothing is for only the PC anyway. i donn't know how to color it well (or remove color in this case) to even attempt it on a smp outfit.

Thanks a lot for this guide. Returning player here after a few years of absence, now starting from scratch in SE for the first time. With all those new and different stuff, as well as old things having become obsolete I was in sore need for a refresher.

Working my way through stuff ATM, but not finished yet and would like to ask a few more questions. Not all related to LL, but unless things changed the people on this Forum were actually highly knowledgeable about other Skyrim modding stuff as well and I'm unclear about a few things.

 

1. IIRC the Realistic Ragdolls and Force mod caused the actors to be rocketed all over the place after a scene finished. Is it safe to use with SexLab nowadays or should I still rather not use it?

 

2. I stumbled across Flower Girls and Osex, when browsing through the Nexus. Is there any reason to use those in addition to Sexlab or do they just cause unnecessary complications?

 

3. I used to use the Female Enemy Monster Aesthetics Leveled Encounters https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17089 back in Skyrim LE days. As well as another MonsterGirl mod, which I can't remember. Are there any other good MonsterGirl mods besides FEMALE or should I use only that one and count my blessings it's been ported to SE?

 

4. Is there a good lightweight city improvement mod? Sorting the Nexus by most downloaded results in lots, but all the top listed ones have numerous requirements for compability patches, potential conflicts, etc. I'd just like something a bit more than vanilla, preferably one that improves The Bannered Mare or can be run with Bannered Mare mods as well as Breezehome mods.

 

5. If I understand the guide correctly, then in order to use the "Bijin" mods I need to install all 3 separate ones. Then remove or deactivate their ESPs and install the AllInOne instead. Then the Bijin bodyslide mod?

 

6. Speaking of Bodyslide. Had troubles with that one before, so explain it in simple terms for me. I don't intend to make my own body. Instead I plan to use the Touched by Dibella one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20024 . Now I know that after I've installed this mod, that wont magically transform all the nudes and clothed bodies into their dibella versions. For that I need Bodyslide. I also need to make the body work with the physics. So after I've installed the Dibella body, HDT-SMP, CBPC - CBP, CBBE 3BBB as well as some armour mods, what steps do I need to do in Bodyslide? From what I understand nudes, clothes and armour as well as physics are all separate steps.

 

7. I found most SexLab mods that I used before as well as quite a few new ones. The only two that I liked a lot and can't find SE versions for are Prison Overhaul and Apropos. Did I miss them or have those not been ported, yet? If not are there mods which fulfill similar functions?

 

8 . Is there a mod that makes navigating through the perks screen less fuzzy? I'm using Ordinator and it's a pain to "get around" so to speak.

I got a I5 6600k pushing at 3.5 with a GTX1070 ti 8 gig vram,  32gig of ram.  Just my drives that my games are on need a upgrade  only a 250gig ssd.  I'm hoping soon I can get 2 2tb ssd and one more gtx1070 ti for sli

1. yup.. has sent bandits rocketing off of the tops of towers.. into the water.. and over the waterfall.. never to be found again..

2. used flowergirls a little while back. it's scripted sex. osex was supposed to be a replacement of sexlab, but if animators don't make all the animations it's a frame without an engine. give it a few months or a year or so and i'm pretty sure it will get better.

3. Never looked at those mods.

4. Mod list has improvments for most of what you are asking (i think)

5. yes. the AIO textures were having some issues, but shutting off their esp and using just the aio esp fixed it (i dunno why, i just lurk here.)

6. several pages back I made a visual howto on bodyslide for someone on outfits. I'll see if i can't find the exact post. it's here Not exactly seperate steps. You can Batch build and make the choices you want built rather than going the long way. Aylis does it the long way to give certain clothing bounce and others not. or less bounce. wearing a leather corset with a leather bra you would have almost zero bounce, whereas if you were wearing just the corest you "could" have a large amount of bounce. 

7. Both have been ported. Thread called Conversion tracking will show every mod and a few that might need a little work to get working in SSE

No problem. I'm one of those people that needs to see it done as well as read to understand it, and most vids on youtube are at warp 10. There is one that shows how on accident but it's mostly how to fix morph errors on fallout clothing.

On armor rating use the linear one the others are alittle bit bugged I keep getting one shotted with normal enemies AO is aware. He asked to help him debug it in his post.

 

 

@Aylis UPDATE:  The debug plugin that he's got  for Armor Rating Redux solves the issue of saying not up to date with MO2.  Might want to have ppl grab that too.  Haven't tested to see if it solves the issue of one hit kills to player.

One reason might be adding or moving a mod in existing game, this can cause unexpected results.

You could try debugging it by turning on Papyrus logging. For this open your skyrim.ini and set "bEnableLogging=1" "bEnableTrace=1" & "bLoadDebugInformation=1". All three can be found under "[Papyrus]". The log itself can be found in "Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Logs\Script"

I followed the guide from a fresh install and it's only a CTD when entering the cities, so I don't think it's a scripting error. Papyrus is mostly just complaining about the normal things. I might just try reinstalling whatever mods on the list touched cities and see if I missed a patch or something.

I meant existing game as an existing save.

Is it in every single city or just one? In that case you might be missing a texture (when it's textures for the environment Skyrim is not as forgiving as textures for, say, armors). A missing texture might be a missing or improperly installed mod but it might also be that DynDOLOD didnt run properly. You can try deleting the 2 output folders and recreating them.

Oh, yeah sorry. I meant that I had a complete fresh install with no existing saves. Decided to get the SE up and running. I'm removing JK's Skyrim and Dawn of Skyrim running DynaDOLOD, see if that works. I know I had to refresh DDLD to get the open world to stop crashing initially. If it works after the removal I might try re-adding them and running DDLD again.

 

Update: Removing JK's Skyrim and DoS worked. 

 

Update 2: Must have just botched the DDLD generation cause I got it working with those mods. Now just dealing with a lot of blackface bug on vanilla NPCs and purple anvil textures.

 

Update 3: I'm a big ol' dingus and resolved all my issues by running DynaDOLOD right and sorting my load order properly. Thanks for the Mod list Aylis!

I have the newest version for both installed (4.72 for XP32 & Race menu 0.4.14). Should you experience a ctd with race menu you might want to install an earlier version of race menu.

'Alternate Armor - Dragonscale' is for free in the CC. Grab it as long as it is available and you like the look.

 

I'll be adding a group for the Creation Club later to the list. Also instructions how you can separate those from the game. This way you can remove them should you get something and then discover that you don't like it.

5. The three bijin mods have all the right textures and meshes, somehow the AIO lost something somewhere. But the pathing for the 3 vs the aio is exactly the same, so to use one esp vs 3 you shut off the 3 esp in the right and move the aio in the left side above those 3 mods. It would be hella simpler for someone to repack the 3 into an aio again but /shrug, i'm not good at it and it's not my mod.

6. no. batch build lets you build alot of outfits at once using one preset. (make sure you check the checkbox next to it that says build morphs)

7. I had a working Apropos mod for SSE. Now i can't find it. It may have been one of those mods I though was dumb as hell because it would be a consensual scene and it spouted off about rape or being horrified your doing this to npc. But here is the working version of prison overhaul. From what I can tell for apropos you take mod, overwrite the config pex with the ones linked and it's supposed to work

8. I use a 360 controller so i'm not sure what keyboard keys act the same as the favorite keys. but in the skills the favorite keys for me act like a single up down left right, same for racemenu.

9. The current skele is 4.72 so it's out of date (sort of) some people have shut off skyrim updating due to bethesda mucking the code and causing skse to be redone every few weeks because they couldn't just do shit with the creation club and leave the base game alone. So some people are running older versions of almost all the mods to keep it inline with the skse they have.

There are a few, but they are not hosted on nexus or here and they all require major rebalancing to be usable, in the fact that level 1 enemies from them had something like 7-8k hp and numerous skills in the 100 range as well as the perks that went with them, the mage build enemies from the tended to just spam either ice storm or fireball at you, and they were level 1, when I first met them around helgan.  I did a bit of number/level crunching for the one of those npc's and by my working out taking into account skills/perks and what not every npc should have been around lv70 at a minimum.

 

The only one I can remember the title of is called Yin Yang Yi Xia Bai Gui Shou 1Re Free Edition ENG SE (3.5gb download by the way), this is as far as I am aware on one of the posts here on ll as a download, and that is the one that needs major work on the npc's it adds those replacing normal npc's are not actually too bad, new one however, bleh.  This does appear to have a balance bug fix patch but from comments it is patreon paywalled, though the main mod itself is not.
