terry took down his conversions due to media fire and because of his upcoming new body using bodyslide++

only way you could get the china dress rite now is by finding a kind enough person who actually has the files from when they were avalible and to upload it for you

You can paste the extracted files in the data folder on your Skyrim folder, or you can download the NMM(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager/) and use it to install the mod

It's on the description. Mediafire(is mediafire, right?) took the links down and Terry will reupload them with the new body mod. We just don't know when that will happen

We don't know when the new stuff will be done so it wouldn't hurt.
