T-Posing Problem

Hi! I'm new to modding in general and have run into a problem, I just don't know how to fix. I have just got Skyrim for PC and started getting mods that I have been excited for. I played for about 5 hours with no problems really and I closed the game due to people being around me that I was talking to. I went ahead and installed 2 mods before trying to load up Skyrim again and my character and all characters around me were stuck T posing. I went as far as uninstalling the 2 mods I had downloaded to see if it helped and it did nothing. The mods I had installed were the Skyrim HD - 2K Textures and BodySlide and Outfit Studio .

 

Just so people know what I'm working with, I'm using Vortex as my mod manager, I have downloaded mods from the Nexus and Lovers Lab. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

99% of the time T-posing comes from not running FNIS after installing or removing animation mods.

Sorus is absolutely correct. Whenever you change your load order (add or remove mods) you need to run LOOT and FNIS (and correct any errors that they detect) and start a new game. Changing load order and loading a save will lead, sooner or later, to a crash (yes, there are exceptions but since you are new I suggest you focus on the rule for now and leave the exceptions for when you have more experience).

Is there anywhere you know of that you could send me steps of guidance? I looked in my Vortex and FNIS runs by default when I do a deployment (which I do every time i download a mod). Also, my game never crashed, or I at least never gave it the time to. As for LOOT, I have no clue.

EDIT: Loot is incorporated into Vortex and I do have in enabled.

Of course you have a problem in FNIS, errors and/or warnings, and for that you have T-Pose.

But like Vortex run FNIS automatically in the background and not show the FNIS window you not see the errors. Is one of the things that MUST change in Vortex. The FNIS window MUST show for the user be able of see the errors in FNIS.

The only way for see that errors when use Vortex is launch FNIS MANUALLY. Go to Dashboard and press the MINI triangle button (another thing that MUST change in Vortex) for launch FNIS and see the window.

Correct ALL errors and/or warnings that FNIS show for remove the T-Pose.

Thank you so much for the help! I ended up doing a wipe of all my mods in the end (I'm about half way through reinstalling and testing each to make sure they work). This information is really useful since I don't know my way around Vortex completely. This is defiantly a note taken to come here for help before Nexus!

Update: In my reinstalling process, I found that when I installed Sexlab Horrible Harassment Expansion LE/SSE, I started T Posing. I'm looking more into it now.

Edit: Turns out that I'm a dumbass and didn't realize that the downloads included both LE and SSE in the downloads list. XD
