You should redownload and reinstall the mod, it might be files corruption

Same result. :( I'm playing SSE so I downloaded the three files for for SE and Installed in this order: 1. HG Hairdos All In One (the original file) 2. Version 1.2 update, 3. All Hair Options. Overwriting the esp with the newest, And it still remains in black color. Am I missing something here?

I installed this mod at first and I was disappointed.
These hairs were mostly bald in the character maker.
However, I have solved this problem after installing additional things at the top of the download list

(Please note for Korean users . Download the top [전망] list from the download list)

Holiday Hairdos. This is really a very beautiful hair MOD
I really like these nice and unique hairstyles.
I play games with NORD CHILD male characters nowadays
I can not wear these wonderful hairs.
Can you make it available for children's and boy's hair?

We all had different mods installed and setup, even with KS hairs people still reporting about bald head and hair textures problem in the comment, it could be mod conflict in their load order or sth els, it's impossible for me to find a fix for an individual game and if you found what is causing the problem, you can share your solution here with others

There are a few solutions here from people with bald head issue

Your post actually helped me. I would never get in mind to click on something called "View" :P XD

Would you also be open to adding longer hairs in the next update, such as ones like waist to thigh length hair?

Yes, but they are not very common at all, I might stretch some hairs if it looks fitted, right now I think the Yurei hair is the longest one and my favorite because it's the first hair I ever put together

It was automatically named with linked files from another site like google drive, LL only allowed 250mb files, combine together the hairs is 300mb ☠️

I imagine this would be a simple, if time-consuming thing to change in TES5Edit or the Construction Kit. @imauto93, could you check if the edited .esp I attached works? I changed zzK-Boy (male) and zzTokyoWaves (female) to be available to children. If it works, I'll tell you how to edit the rest yourself.

-------------

I use rschildren mod
I just wore the zzK-Boy hair from the character maker to the node child race.

nord children's hairstyle zzK-Boy works well.
It looks so good with the boy's hair.

I want other hair.
Please show me how

Thank you.donnerwetter

Great! (I wasn't sure it would work) You can use either the Construction Kit or TES5Edit for the job. I'd argue that doing it in TES5Edit is quicker, but you'll need to use the Construction Kit if there's ever an update to the mod.

I'll go over the steps in TES5Edit now (I'm using Mod Organizer, but the steps should be the same regardless of how you launch the program)

Spoiler

First, start up TES5Edit. You'll see all of your mods enabled by default.

Untitled1.jpg.2f63a09b3286a13b79cda3686cd5b119.jpg

Since we won't need all of them enabled for what we're doing, right-click and select none.

Untitled2.jpg.9211b9f5443366a38cd842343acafd4e.jpg

Have only Holiday Gift Hairdos.esp selected and press ok.

Untitled3.jpg.62c6337a2529f243b20ed440b540d659.jpg

Once TES5Edit's finished loading, you'll be greeted by a screen that looks like this:

Untitled4.jpg.ff67a6a55ba6026a995179a56fd40c57.jpg

If you expand Holiday Gift Hairdos.esp, you'll see FormID List, Head Part and Texture Set. The FormID entry is one I made in the Construction Kit, and you'll need to create one in CK yourself if the mod is updated. I can show how later, if you want.

Untitled5.jpg.b1882339021bf6c75324812511ada00e.jpg

Expand Head Part, and click on one of the entries. The bit I highlighted in red is the one you'll need to change. Click it.

Untitled6.jpg.ba6bdc6c6828d6deb406b0e4e1aef117.jpg

However, once you do click on it, you'll get a warning. Click yes to continue, but be mindful to only edit the things you need to.

Untitled7.jpg.f0f3e314a8cfff1f37fb1cd1c4bfecee.jpg

You'll see a drop-down list. Remember the FormID entry I made? Select it.

Untitled8.jpg.3344d8e1cf15656644e491e34b14152c.jpg

Done! Now all you need to do is to do the same to every hair you want to make available to your characters. This is why I said it was going to be time-consuming, and why I only edited two hairs for the test .esp I made. Remember that every hair consists of two entries, ie. zzSDKBoy and zzSDKBoyHL. (It's also probably best to leave the HairMaleRedguard3 entry that's highlighted in green alone. You could also probably change every hair to be available to both male and female characters, but I would do that edit in the Construction Kit.)

Untitled9.jpg.01395a4226f617720696a032d410e802.jpg

Once you're finished, exit the program and make sure to save your changes.

Your explanation is so easy to understand
I am changing to a hair that can be used by children.
I'll show you some screenshots when you're done

I understood this concept.
In other words, in the same way with other hair mods, I can add a race of races of available hair in CreationKit, create a new formid,
I am so happy after hearing, understanding and practicing your explanation.
You are a very kind and smart person. Thank you. donnerwetter~

Looking good! The downside is that you'll need to redo everything when a new version comes out.

Yeah, adding a new FormId in CK is pretty easy. Just edit the existing one (HeadPartsAllRacesMinusBeast) and add the child races to it (just remember to rename it and save it as a new form to prevent conflicts with other mods)

Glad I could help!

This is a VERY lovely and much appreciated mod, but I'm wondering why you didn't include some of the female hairs for men? I have some of these hairs in sims 4 and they're available for men, too. : ( unless I'm missing something, if I am I'm so sorry for bothering you abt it.
