It's a common mistake to miss one mod and the whole precudure will fail 100% if this single one mod is not at the same last load position as all the other ones. But over there at bugthesda.net they mentioned that secret undocumented ini setting iMakeItWork It must be set to a number greater 0, like in iMakeItWork=99 Rumors have it, that is should belong into the [CTD] section of skyrim.ini
