In order to make things more organized and easier to find,

I opted in creating this topic. As I release new mods

this post will be updated.

PS: Full pack will already have these steps done, so you can skip to step 02.

STEP 01 - GETTING READY:

• First make sure to backup your games files in case something goes wrong. 
• Download UnityEX, extract it anywhere you want I recommend to extract in Dragon_Spear_Data 

Path is "...\Dragon_Spear\Dragon_Spear_Data"

• Now we set up the mod folder, the path must be

"...\Dragon_Spear\Dragon_Spear_Data\Unity_Assets_Files\resources"

• Now we are ready to start using mods.

 

STEP 02 - Using UnityEX:

1. After you download the mod
2. Launch UnityEX.exe
3. There are 2 ways to select the file we need:
   2.1 - Drag'n'drop resources.asset in UnityEX or
   2.2 - Click on Open archive Unity in UnityEX
4. After you put your texture mods inside resources folder you can click Import all on UnityEX and your texture will be packed.
5. Done, you successfully modded your game.

 

Useful Info:

• Full packs - In full packs you only need to:
  • Extract in Dragon_Spear_Data → launch UnityEX → select resources.asset → click Import all
• Normal packs - Normal packs contains only *.tex textures so extract it on "...\Dragon_Spear\Dragon_Spear_Data\Unity_Assets_Files\resources".
• You only need to use UnityEX when exporting/importing files.
• After you done packing your files back in .asset you will want to move your .tex files out of Unity_Assets_Files\resources, since every time you click on Import all in UnityEX.
• You will always have to import mod with UnityEX otherwise mods won't be applied on the game.

• UnityEX is a tool that can both import and export any files inside unity .assets, it also has a feature that will automatically covert .tex to .dds

Converted files will go to

Path : "Dragon_Spear\Dragon_Spear_Data\Unity_Assets_Files\resources\Textures\res_resources"

After your are done modding your .dds paste it back in res_resources and click import all on UnityEX. It will convert .dds back to .tex which will be moved to

Path : "Dragon_Spear\Dragon_Spear_Data\Unity_Assets_Files\resources"

Tools to edit .dds
Photoshop, Glimp & Paint.net - All of them needs theirs respective plugin but note that the games does not support BC (intel) compression.

What can i say man..not only you create mods , you organize them too. Just bought Valkyrie Drive Bikkhuni recently and saw your mod summary of that too. Remind me again what did we do to deserve you...?

I am posting here some issues i have with Mana. The main reason i play her is because i like her body and boobs the most, haha. Her boobs look great in her normal stance, however they look blocky and a bit uglier and a bit blurry when running and in some stances.

I also attached where there is strong black outline to Tanya's boob when she is running.

I think that Lokis boobs look too torpedo-like, it would be nice if they looked rounder and fuller, this could also apply to Tanya too if possible.

 

There is a another similar mod on undertow by Kojinzx that you could draw some inspiration from, i think that the boobs there look great. However that mod was designed for a specific game version only (1.009) and it doesn't work.

Not all of them, I still need to think a better way to edit the sprites...
For now I'm a bit unorganized here myself and I considering some things to do.
And maybe try increasing the image size to 1k or 2k..

Putting it in a simple way would be...
Extract the full pack in Dragon_Spear_Data → launch UnityEX → select resources.asset → click Import all → Play

Was only a matter of time until all the repacks, fixes and new versions would make a dedicated thread a better idea.

 

Oh, and I like the spider queen you made. If not for the nudity, at least for the comic value. One of her boobs is bigger than my entire body. Makes the sorceress in Dragon's Crown look flat. There's another spider boss just like her in the Gap.

I decide to make a Boobs preset, so it can speed up the process in editing the boobs.
I will only need to make small changes when using them.
(Make them match the skin, change nipples in some cases and so on).
I will resume the skin work later today.

Not to be picky, but will you be making a smaller/vs/bigger version of each? I was a fan of the smaller ones...

Hi, this mod seems great, I already finished the game with Mana but I probably restart with another character when the mod will be more implemented. I like the pink color of the nipples in the test section.

I won't touch PS3 games....
I took a look on The vagrant and... well...
I was able to extract the files from the .pak with quickbms and then further extract the sprite-sheet from .uasset using UEviewer.
It is possible to edit however at least for now I don't know of any tool that can re-import the edited sprite back to .uasset format and I won't be looking for it any time soon, since I'm focusing on Dragon Spear for now.
The good news is if it's possible I can edit it....
The bad news is it will be a side project and will take some time...
Since there are 6 sprite-sheets from the heroine to edit and look how many of them are per file.

Thank you for the updates ! I love huge boobs, so please update that version too, actually i would't mind an even bigger version, haha, like Dragon's Crown soreceress. Anyway the boobs look better on all characters ! I hope you keep improving the mod.

Thanks for the feedback. There is no way to make the boobs bigger since there is not enough room on the sprite-sheet.
Ie:  The Sorceress is using the boobs preset with big nipples on her preset, but it doesn't look to be the case on the sprite, and I'm afraid that making the nipples  a bit smaller would make it look like mosquitos bites on the sprites.

Now for the progress...
I've being a bit lazy lately haven't touched the game for the past 3 days. I will try to finish the npcs today there are only 2 sprite-sheet to finish.

Added the town wandering girls sprite.
I only have 2 girls wandering in my game so I can't check the other to see how her breasts looks.
Tell me if the other girls need to be fixed.

also tried doing some drawing on a certain boss portrait. But her arm is a bit ugly....
I will try to fix it later. I'm a bit lazy right now to keep working on it.
