I did the above and ran it, but the image doesn't come out.

Many sprites have changed in latest steam version. Compare img_high new and old

i've managed to insert the right texture, main menu now looks good ?

 

Attached file below. Extract in your main game folder. Open UnityEx and then open archive "\DragonSpear\DragonSpear_Data\resources.assets".

Press 'Import all files' to in insert texture. Don't worry, the tool converts the dds file to tex for you. Done.

Also I've added some girls to the Town background.
The Seller (woman in front of the store) is nudified but doesn't show up ingame. Any help would be appreciated.

After last game update in April2024 the UnityEx Tools can't open the resources.assets. So the game is still unmodable again?
