Someone please give me the simplest form of exact step by step instructions to create this rule:

All female humans will masturbate(using my installed female masturbation animations) when their arousal level hits 100.

I want this to apply in all locations and situations, including combat.

Please and thankyou.

I've been using SSXSE for years, and I won't say it's been trouble free but it's always worked for me to some degree. Until now.

I'm not sure what could cause this, but I'm observing a totally new behavior where no animations show up. I first noticed when I would test the number of animations for a new rule and it said "No Animations." And that's normal when a rule isn't composed correctly. But then I started testing other rules that had worked before and got the same result. And then I went further and clicked the animations tab on the MCU (which NEVER works for me, I suppose because Scent is so slow gathering the data). This time it worked, though, promptly showing me "No Animations."

So, by all appearances SSXSE isn't finding the animations.

I tried a few things, like re-starting Sexlab and resetting the tags. Nothing has seemed to help.

Come to think of it, I do need to verify that the animations work with other Sexlab programs.

Has anyone else encountered the problem where Scent failed to find animations? I looked for the issue in the forum and didn't find anything.

It looks like this effect is caused by an incompatibility with Sexlab Utilities, a valuable tweak to regular Sexlab. If this is ever patched, please spread the word about it.

Is there a way to use this mod to initiate Werewolf (Player) - Human Female - Human Female threesome animations? I have been trying to figure out how to use Anub's werewolf threesome animations for a couple years now. I know it's possible somehow because I have seen them used in some pornhub videos, but I cannot for the life of me figure it out what mods they used.

Hi, I just moved to SE, or AE to be exact and I have a small issue where the mod seems to work absolutely fine, except for that the scenes don't start.

One thing that I noted is that the Rules can count how many animations there are (103) but that the counter on the main page doesn't work and that the Animations tab doesn't seem to work either.

All hints will be appreciated. ;)

1) Scenes don't start? That's a tough one. Load order might explain it. IIRC, late load order is suggested. Note that scene starts are customarily slow with this mod.

2) Rules: If you're getting the animation count that's good. It's normal, AFAICT, for the animations tab in the main menu to show you nothing. I'm supposing it times out or something. It might work if you only have a few animations to load. And, anyway, the number it will load is capped at a fairly low number in relation to the number of animations we can have available these days. One caution on that: When composing rules a large number of animations can apparently crowd out tags. When composing rules use a game where there are relatively few animations and those carry the tags your rules will need. Then you can add more animations later and the rules will still work where the tags are present.

Disclaimer: I'm not a modder. It just happens I've used this mod for years and have some practical experience with it as a result. This mod isn't maintained, and a new version using modern methods of scanning was likewise abandoned. I never got Scent NG to work. This version works for me so I stick with it.

It's really a pity that nobody's picked this up and run with it, particularly the dialogs. It should be possible to insert custom dialog in a rule set, right? Intelligently expanded, this mod could perform the functions of virtually any sex-event-triggering mod. Maybe not counting those that are based on a continuing narrative.

Well, I was able to fix it. I am not 100% sure, but it seems like a generic animation mod was interfering with the animations of both Scent of Sex and XPMSSE, maybe even others.

First make sure you have "expert" mode turned on in the mod MCM.  From what you said you should create a new rule:

Target: Generic (or if it's for a male player character choose Player, select Male and Not a Follower and Human

Source: Faction (select factions to include like ThalmorFaction), also select Female and Not a Follower and Human

Under Interactions for the rule choose Agressive

Under Sex Animations choose Tags for Aggressive

Here's an example I made (you can check it out and change what you want).  It only works for human aggressive female attackers; you need another rule to have female creature attackers.  The rule starts when the source female has >50 arousal, the female factions included as attackers are Thalmor, necromancers and bandits.  Their target male must not be in a city, inn, jail, settlement or military camp.  This rule is targeting any male and not the player. If you want a rule for attacking the player character choose Player for Target instead of Generic.

If you change the Target from Generic to Player then the rule will apply to your player character regardless of thier sex.

If you want aggressive males attacking the player character then change the Source (leave it set to Faction) to use Males.
