devilangel13 Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Hello! Did there is a way to make Ultimate npc overhaul and bijin to work together? Some of my Npc seem to have some texture problem cause of these two mod and it seem that Immersive weapon don't play good with some of them too ^^" Thank you for your answer guys!
27X Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 A. Wrong section  B. load IW and then UNO and then Bijin if you're using nmm or mo  C. load IW then uno and then copy bijin into uno and paste it if you're not
KoolHndLuke Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Yeah, it's called a merged patch and you make it with TESVEdit. Not a one click affair though because you have to choose what you want for each npc they change. Best strategy is like 27X suggested- to let your favorite mod load last and then try to patch things. I've done a character overhaul for SBB partially and the same for the main game- it is a lot of work.
devilangel13 Posted October 6, 2018 Author Posted October 6, 2018 Hi! thank you for your answer! Yes i'm using MO2
Nagib Posted October 6, 2018 Posted October 6, 2018 You could of course merge them manually, but there is another approach available.  Use: Merge Plugins by matortheeternal  Load those mods as you were told above, then clean the esp files. After that merge them using the program above.  At the end you have one .esp and one generated mod. If you want, I can make a small tutorial for you.

Harvald Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 19 hours ago, devilangel13 said: i ve never saw your answer and still got the problem It's so easy  Load both Ultimate Npc overhaul and bijin in Tes5edit (I only use version 4.01). Open NPC overhaul search for group NPC and then delete those you want to use from bjin. Then do the same with bijn, delete all npc you want to use from NPC overhaul, if there are any. Now there is only one change on every NPC. Save and there you go or merge the plugins as you like. I prefer merging with Tes5edit 4.01 and merge skript. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37981  Don't know if MO makes any problems. You only have to change the esp's.
Mr. Otaku Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 Loading Bijin after Ultimate NPC Overhaul should do the trick, i do the same with Bijin and Botox. Unless i'm missing something.

Not really but using Harvald's method you don't have to worry about the load order. Harvald's method is also better for if you decide to add another overhaul at a later date. Another thing is that load order will not help you if you want to have only some of the Bijin NPC overwrite the Botox NPCs - it's all or nothing. I use 10 female NPC overhauls plus a few individual NPC replacers. I edit the esps (no brown faces) and remove the facegen files (no files being overwritten in Vortex).

I guess so, but for now my needs are met by simply placing Bijin after Botox. I'm looking more into modding as of late so i'll keep a note of Harvald's method, i'm just hoarding info at this point lol.
