Wearing the belt from the quest will increase your character's frustration. The higher the frustration, the greater the risk of a "frustration break" during a denial event (i.e. no orgasm, such as plugs vibrating but stopping, etc). In order to get a pleasure break, your character has to engage in a lot of sexy time *with* orgasms, which will increase the chance of suffering a "pleasure break". 

I think the stats reset every day (not sure, or if the chance just decreases daily), but you need to do a lot of sexing around in a short time to get the break.

Stats reset when you sleep for >= 6 (8?) hours.

Sorry, I meant "Sexing" as in "the act of having sex".

What I mean is that your character has to have a lot of sex and orgasm multiple times in a short amount of time (without sleeping in between) in order for your character to get "pleasure break". I think the fatest way to reach "pleasure break" is vaginal sex.

This mod also has "frustration break", which happens when your character doesn't orgasm, and is easier to get with a belt (such as the one given by Theonold). 

 

Was that more clear?

I'm trying to create a Bashed patch, and I get this.

There are null references in the ESP for that ARMO record. Perhaps that's the issue?

What Devious Devices versions is your mod expecting?

 

EDIT 3: It seems this is caused by 3 VMAD properties in the 2.0 ESP set to type "None". Why did you do that? I'm surprised the game isn't exploding for everyone.

 

I deleted these properties to test if this works. (two in ARMO 070073D6: AllowedLockPicks and AllowedTool, which are not valid DD properties for a belt anyway; and one in QUST 07016647: Pages)

 

Since they're set to type none they should not be required I assume.

 

EDIT 4: Seems the MCM still loads without error on a new save.

But... Is there currently a way to get rid of the broken state? -100% mp regen is quite nasty for a mage xD (I know you said no way right now), but hey can always ask)

 

Also I'm unsure if it's meant or not, but if you masturbate with the elf's belt, you get a message about vibrations. Is this correct? And would orgasm's be the result arterwards? Or is this unintentional?

 

So I do have a suggestion.

Considering frustration break comes from denial / edging whatever you want to name it. Wouldn't it make sense that (finally ?) orgasming would remove (or significantly lower) that debuff? Maybe even replace it with pleasure 1, since after edging you would expect a more powerful result?

or requiring a couple orgasms in rapid succession to lower it? (Would advice to let pleasure from SLSO stick to 100 for a bit then, or it would take ages :P)

For pleasure break I'd say that abstaining for a while should lower the value slowly, maybe on sleeping? So that if you don't have sexy time for a while it lowers again?

To be honest I don't understand most of this. I only use CK. I think I wanted the belt to have no allowable lock picks, so I set that property to None. I guess that is not the intended use of the property. I can change it back to <<Default>>

Hmmm strange then! I do use SLSO, but its been acting a bit weird this playthrough. I'll make a new save and see if it then starts behaving as it should! Ty for the answer and good to know frustration shouldn't be permanent

This mod does a lot less than what happens there. It is sort of the same idea. But it's temporary effects only (goes away when you sleep)

I see. Thanks for the info. I'll just keep following for now and watch the progress. Would be neat to be able to capture NPCs like female bandits and "break" them by making them screw everybody in Solitude. Serves them right for mugging me.

I made a small fix to frustration break: the mod detects orgasm by detecting a loss of arousal during a sex animation, which doesn't happen with belt. SLSO not required for this version.

 

I added some MCM state for visibility, so I don't have to open console to look at the state there.

 

Also I turned off some debug but they can be turned back on in the MCM.

I already have some boilerplate code from other mods for how to do this SLSO and non-SLSO stuff correctly at the same time so I'll probably use that.

I've been using this mod with Prison Overhaul Patched and they go great together. Poor girl is broken all to pieces. Nice work. If you could make it encompass the player's current follower as well, that would be neat. I'm using the non-SLSO version by the way.

I have a suggestion you may want to consider at some point in time. I don't know if it's possible or if you're interested, but I thought I would throw it out there. In the SL Drunk mod, the player can refuse an NPC's advances. I suggest that at some level of frustration and/or pleasure, the player no longer has the willpower to refuse.

I removed it and still had a health regen penalty

cleaned save but still have no health regen, even setting it within console does nothing.

I think if you uninstall while no regen penalty it should be OK

 

Regen penalty is through a magic effect so you have to clear that

That worked, thank you. I did have to go back to a save before I removed the mod and reinstall it but I'm rid of the effects now
