Trevjake09 Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Hey I might just be stupid and overridden it at some point, but the Penitus armor has a unique texture but no mesh.Â
RevanCathal Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Any chance of getting these with BS files for HIMBO?
Bad Dog Posted November 24, 2021 Author Posted November 24, 2021 You kidding? Every set of armor and clothes has to have a body underneath it, so you're talking to redo every one.
ercramer69 Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Question, have you done a skimpy version for female outfits of the Reach and Bruma?Â
Bad Dog Posted May 16, 2022 Author Posted May 16, 2022 I'm putting together a new Skyrim loadout based on STEP and realized I haven't updated the SE version to match LE, so expect an update soon. Â Also, I got tired of trying to deal with patching mods. For some reason, Bash doesn't do the obvious thing with keywords and such so I needed an alternative and it turns out Unlimited Bookshelves has a patch generator for their mod--which is great, because they touch almost every object in skyrim, only to put object bounds on everything. So I stole their idea and made a patch generator for Skimpy. STEP has a million armor mods, and then I add a few more, so this way you run it once and you're good--and it's coded to do exactly what's needed. Â I'm thinking to do the same kind of thing for the furries. I have patch generators but they all assume there's only one mod being patched. The UB script operates on everything in your load order at once. I think this makes lots of sense. It's not so convenient for the furry races because of the facegen nonsense, but I think it will still be a win.
Bad Dog Posted May 16, 2022 Author Posted May 16, 2022 I posted the new version with the patch generator. Let me know if it works out.  I'm not really sure there's much in the way of new meshes in this release, but I kinda lost track of what's where, so.... enjoy? 1
BlunderingFool Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 (edited) So I've been poking around with Outfit Studio (Not the best tool for this I'm sure but it lets me open up the files) just to try and make heads and tails of what file is what piece of armor and I've got another dumb-brain question.. Is it possible to just have things skimpy form the waist down or is it all consolidated into one "Body" mesh? Edited June 16, 2022 by BlunderingFool
Bad Dog Posted June 16, 2022 Author Posted June 16, 2022 One body mesh. Has to include both the body body and whatever armor you're wearing. Â Best you can do is override the texture file and make below-the-waist transparent.
Bl1nd_Eye Posted July 17, 2022 Posted July 17, 2022 Soooo, where would I find clothes like this for females? Like, CBBE or UNP.
Bad Dog Posted July 17, 2022 Author Posted July 17, 2022 I use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34160 for UNP and I'm pretty happy with it. It's not totally revealing tho. I think I ran it through Cathedral Assets Optimizer for SE.
jharise Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 So for some reason the skimpy Daedric Cuirass causes my game to ctd. It took me a while to narrow it down to this being the reason why Dremora Lords were causing the game to crash.
Bad Dog Posted August 30, 2022 Author Posted August 30, 2022 You mean this one, right? Â Had a look and I don't see anything obvious. I know I've seen it in game. But I'll run it through a checker and see if it gets cleaned up.
jharise Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 If it doesn't happen on your end then it may be a result of a bug when I converted it to SMMB. Let me know if it works on your end and I'll see about redoing the conversion.
Bad Dog Posted September 1, 2022 Author Posted September 1, 2022 Send me the converted nif. As I say, I've seen and worn the skimpy daedric armor.Â
MalicoVuckovic Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 (edited) I'm seeing that the armor/imperial/m/cuirassheavy_*.nif belt doesn't have a texture assigned to it. Is a fix available? Thanks.  UPDATE: Decided to just fix it myself. Here it is if anyone else wants it. AttilaMagyar Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Hey, Hru? I've been using your mods for some time now successfully but, since the last Bethesda update, I've run into a problem with your skimpy armor mod. when its activated, all male NPC's are invisible. As soon as I disable the mod, the males are back in the game visible. Any suggestions? Thx, Attila Â
vinceagashi Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Do these clothes happen to work with Sam morphs out of the box?
efrackalecki Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 (edited) For some reason, this mod causes part of one specific Falmer Warmonger model's mesh to be invisible. Screenshot  I have this mod, Revealing Armors for SOS, and a few other standalone revealing armor mods for specific armor sets, so it could be a conflict with one of those, but nothing should be affecting Falmers. I also had all of the other mods for a while with no problems until I installed this one and the problem goes away as soon as I disable it. Using NMM. Edited December 10, 2022 by efrackalecki more info
Bad Dog Posted December 11, 2022 Author Posted December 11, 2022 Couldn't see your pic (permissions). You can just paste it here behind a spoiler. Â I list the mods that got consolidated into Skimpy Clothes in the OP. You don't need to load any of those in your load order. Also run the armor patcher. It fixes a bunch of wonkiness.
impisanio Posted February 2, 2023 Posted February 2, 2023 is there any way to make these into standalone rather than replacers? its awesome btw
