The coding and script you could probably get enough people together to help out doing it, the main issue would be with the graphics and models, do they belong to the person who made the mod or do they belong to somebody else and they have been given permission to use those assets, if so what permissions on those assets are in place, could the creator of those assets be contacted for permission to use them, and if so under what terms are those permissions, if not then creating new ones from scratch would be required.  And of course we have the issue where a fair number of modders for both Fallout and Skyrim are no longer around due to various reasons, which in some cases makes contacting them basically impossible due to whatever reasons.

im sure the one who posted it was the original creator, and he quit and pulled all his mods.. no way to contact him.. the rest is above me. I could give you a link to all the ones I have if you want to give it a go?

This is the current version they are working on,

 

A.S.I.A was abandoned for not too sure a reason, think the stated in the forum post for it here why it was abandoned, too many technical issues with what they wanted to do I think, and they removed the files as they were no longer supporting it, droids of the commonwealth they were working on and had a pc crash, and did not have backups so decided to re-do it from scratch, so removed those files as they could no longer support it, and droids redux was sorta supposed to drop late last year, early this year, but looks like things kinda went down the drain with that, and there were never files available for that.

 

As for stobor, developer of this mod, they are still around or at least posting here, though their last post was January this year.

Hi everyone, do any of you know how/where I can get a human/synth body for the latest FG mesh?

I have found a few mods that do it with clothing, but once removed the player has a normal body.

I would really like to have the indented body lines sans clothing.

I played the "A.S.I.A" mod myself - the second time I downloaded it from a Russian host (plus a "complete" solution).

The new droid mod linked here... it should actually have been ready for more than a year... and now the mod author is probably writing a version for "Star-Field"... so maybe there really is what will be finished???

I also used the "Ikaros" mod that I linked myself.

If you're just interested in a skin look - then I would use a mod - that only has a "robot" skin instead of a "human" skin... the normal "cbbe" or "FG" can then be used as the body .

Since I have to go to a medical examination in 30 minutes - it may take a while for me to find 1-2 possible examples (that I used myself)... I haven't had "Fallout 4" for more than a year touched more and in the last installation I used I didn't install any android skins or droid mods

I did it with my Celestials mod. I tried to contact the original modder then contacted Ashal after waiting some time for a response. Ashal told me go ahead but if the original modder returned and asked me to remove it that I would have to. I modified the mod to my liking and made some changes to make it compatible with SE then posted it. I have a castle ready to go with a story line to add on but needed an adequate framework for the sex. Hopefully Zairas new mod being developed will suffice.  Its been up for a year now. Hopefully I will be able to develop my add on soon.  So the naysayers here do not know what they are talking about when it comes to taking over an abandoned mod.  The original modder has left this mod with source code. Most that do not want any one to modify, take over, or modify their mod will hide the source code so whomever tries to take over this mod after 2 years of no response will have no problem. Just pm the original modder asking for permission if after a week he she it does not respond contact Ashal give your story and what you want to do, he will respond in the same way he did with me and you will be good to go.

I have this mod from Deserter X https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20794 Rogue Prototype, and while I like the outfits and the changes made to the body, I wish it was just a body mod. It would go well with Rogue Sexbot to make the nude body look like a gen synth without being old cruddy like Nick Valentine, or Dima.

Have you, are you going to post a letter of intent? This is what I would like to accomplish, these are the changes I would like to make, etc.

idea's and suggestions are always good, I have a few ideas but im going to wait and see if I can get the mod before saying what im thinking

I would contact Ashal first and tell him your plan. Then train and map out your changes to the original mod. There are videos that can help you out there. Its not going to happen overnight. You have a long road to HO.
