The purpose of this thread is to move the discussion of my mods and related issues/bugs, as well as updates, away from the Arknights Endfield Nude mod thread, so as not to disturb those who aren't interested in my mods. I will be posting new mods and updates to old ones here. You can also report any errors in models or textures that I haven't noticed. Although I create mods exclusively for myself, I appreciate everyone who points them out—I try to fix them promptly, and I'm especially grateful to those who help me with them. Important notes: 1) I won't be making similar mods for male characters—I'm not interested in that (let the girls do that). 2) I'm new to this—don't expect my mods to be anywhere near LL quality. 3) I don't plan to make futa versions—I'm not interested. 4) I won't be making similar mods for characters whose appearance doesn't suit them, such as Rossi. 5) I plan to occasionally review existing mods if I have a new idea for improving or adding to them. 6) I will continue to make similar mods as long as I'm interested in Arknights Endfield. 7) I don't create private or paid versions of my mods and don't accept mod commissions. 8 ) The original body I use and modify for my mods was downloaded from open source (by kallenz). 9) The wet texture is currently unavailable; I can't get WetGen to work with my mods yet. But I'm still experimenting. WHAT IT DOES Intent Guard is a gameplay script that filters which social and adult intents a Sim is allowed to start, join, or follow through on. It is not an animation pack and it does not replace WickedWhims. It sits in front of the interaction queue: if an intent is blocked for that Sim, the action is cancelled before it locks the social group. Public build includes: - Per-Sim allow / block list for incoming intents - Household default policy (allow, ask, or block) - Hard age gate: Teen, Child, Toddler, Infant, and Baby cannot be actors or targets - Young Adult / Adult / Elder only - Console commands to inspect and clear the policy - Fails open if a game API changes, so unrelated social behaviour is not globally disabled [OPTIONAL — delete this line if it is not true] WickedWhims is optional. Without WW, adult intents are ignored and only vanilla social intents are filtered. WHO CAN BE INVOLVED Young Adult, Adult, Elder. Human Sims only, unless noted in a later update. Minors are blocked in code, not only in the menu text. INSTALL 1. Enable script mods and custom content in Game Options. 2. Extract this archive into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. 3. Do not nest the .ts4script more than one folder deep. 4. Delete localthumbcache.package once after install. 5. Start the game and confirm load with the commands below. CONSOLE intentguard.version intentguard.status intentguard.policy intentguard.clear Use these on a lot with at least two eligible Sims. If version does not print, the script did not load. DEFAULT BEHAVIOR - Age gate is always on and cannot be turned off. - Household default is [allow / ask / block — pick one and delete the others]. - A Sim on the block list cannot receive the listed intents. - Unlocking or clearing the policy restores normal game behaviour for that Sim. COMPATIBILITY - Does not globally disable autonomy. - Does not replace Conversation Lock, Blackmail & Leverage, or Inspired Heat. - If you also use Conversation Lock, install both; they hook different points. - If diagnosing a conflict, test Intent Guard alone first, then add other social or WW scripts one at a time.
