my little tattoo collection

Hello everyone !
I just got really into producing tattoos on The Sims 4, so I started a patreon for you to come and support me. most of my creations will be free, but if you pay for at least 1 month, I commit to making at least 1 custom personalized tattoo for each person who subscribes
here are my first creations, the first is a tattoo for the cosasimstra gang, added by the basemental mods (I plan to do other tattoos for the 3 other gangs) and the second is Fubuki from Manga One Punch Man
Information: my creations are made by hand with ink then modified on a computer with the Gimp software (I am still a beginner with this type of software) to draw I mainly use photos
Fubuki was made using a transition page in the manga
the cosa simstra tattoo was made with the help of a photo of the face of a porn star (I'll let you find out who it is hehe) and a photo of my own hand holding a weapon in plastic

Download: Please extract the files found in the archive, in each file there are folders bearing the name of the different tattoos, and in these folders you have an image of the tattoo + the .package file, all you have to do is What you do is take the .package file of the tattoo you are interested in and put it in your Mods folder.
I did like this because I plan to regularly add new Tattoos for your sims!

Je viens de me lancer à fond dans la production de tatouages sur les Sims 4, c'est pourquoi j'ai ouvert un patreon pour vous permettre de venir me soutenir. la plupart de mes créations seront gratuites, mais si vous payez au moins 1 mois, je m'engage à faire au moins 1 tatouage personnalisé sur mesure à chaque personne qui s'abonnera
voici donc mes première création, le premier est un tatouage pour le gang de la cosasimstra, ajouter par le mods basemental ( je prévois de faire d'autre tatouage pour les 3 autres gang ) et le deuxième il s'agit de Fubuki du Manga One Punch Man
Information : mes création sont réaliser à la main à l'encre puis modifier sur ordinateur avec le logiciel Gimp ( je suis débutant encore sur se genre de logiciel ) pour dessiner j'utilise principalement des photos
Fubuki à étais réaliser à l'aide d'une page de transition dans le manga
le tatouage de la cosa simstra à étais réalisé avec l'aide d'une photo du visage d'une porn star ( je vous laisse chercher de qui il s'agit héhé ) et d'une photo de ma propre main tenant une arme en plastique

Merci d'extraire les Fichiers qui se trouve dans l'archive , dans chaque fichiers se trouve des dossiers portant le nom des different tatouage, et dans ces dossier vous avez une image du tatouage + le fichier .package , tous se que vous avez a faire c'est prendre le fichier .package du tatouage qu'il vous interesse et le mettre dans votre dossier Mods.
j'ai fais comme ça car je prévois de rajouter régulièrement de nouveau Tatouage pour vos sims !

This is a small fun mod to replace the English version names given to NPCs generated by the game with some fun fictional (Fantasy) names, over 6000. It also works on the names in CAS (v2) using the random buttons.
Install = Simply drop the file in your MOD folder.
Warning : If you have any other mod that replaces/updates game generated NPC names you will probably need to remove them!
If you have name suggestions please post in the "Get Support" thread and I'll add them in the next update.

VANILLA UNICORN - ADULT CLUB

This is my attempt to port Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club building from Grand Theft Auto 5 to The Sims 4.
Design is as close as possible to the original. Non-standart corners and unknown gaps between the walls in original building forced to create some empty rooms for the best appearance.
♦ Lot Size: 40 x 30.
♦ Price: 163 158 simoleons.
♦ Required game packs:
If you're looking for a club owner, I recommend using Trevor Phillips Sim mod (currently available on Patreon in Early Access).
Lot can be used as a simple club or a fully functioned WickedWhims - StripClub.
Guide - How to create WickedWhims StripClub.
WickedWhims is not included.
For the best atmosphere in the club, I suggest to hire the girls from the original Vanilla Unicorn to work in the club.
- Installation -
- Extract files from .zip to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray and Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder, CCs files are already included.
- Make sure that Custom Content and Mods is enabled in game settings.
- Enter cheat codes testingscheats true & bb.moveobjects, before placing the club.
- Place a LOT in your world and buy a strip club through the phone menu.
- Through the club management menu on sim phone, hire dancers and janitors, assign them jobs and start managing the club.
- When upgrading from an older version, please delete previous versions of club objects from "VANILLA UNICORN" folder, or all .package files with "vu_club_" prefixes.
- Instructions for the best use of this LOT -
If you want this LOT to work as a WW Strip Club you first need to isolate some areas from unwanted customers. In the floorplan there are doors that need to be closed or opened.
RED door must be closed for everyone, ORANGE doors must be locked for everyone except the employees, BLUE doors in office room must be locked for everyone except the owner, and GREED door is the main entrance.
The club has 7 private rooms. To use these rooms as private dance locations, seats there must be marked by WickedWhims (Just click on seats with the left mouse button and mark as private dance place).
Empty rooms behind the walls can be used at your discretion.
After all of that, you can hire employees from the WickedWhims StripClub menu, give them tasks and take on the role of Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club Boss.

Asphalt Abode Apartments

The second and final Residental Rentals in my Newcrest Gay Village, the Asphalt Abode Apartments is located in Llama Lagoon (the Art Deco district) and features four two storey units. There is a large shared foyer and laundry on the ground floor, as well as another shared foyer space that is only accessible through the four units, making it a provate space for neighbours to hangout and get to know one another.
The four units are all decorated in their own distinct styles, Number 1 is Industrial, Number 2 is Mid-Century, Number 3 it Boho/Island, and Number 4 is Farmhouse.
This build fits on a 30x20 lot and has a price tag around $175k.

Installation Instructions:
*important* Download a plumbob recolor (any standalone loading screen plumbob recolor should work). Thanks to EA's Life & Death patch a bug was found to cause a glitchy plumbob to appear on modified loading screens. Recolors fix this. See my recommendation below. Download the main file and stick it in your Mods folder. Remove any existing loading screen replacement mods you have as you can only have 1 replacement at a time.
