The first time I took this project was to make a “2d accessory” from the main texture, leaving behind a ruffled stripe around the hip and a 3d bow, that was a long time ago This time I returned those two decorations creating some kind of hybrid in the process, the first prototype was an upper garment but it couldn’t use a normalmap for extra detail (well, it could at the expense of a visible line around the hip) so it was changed to a full body outfit Credits:

Because I had to make several modifications to it you might see a thin line behind the left shoulder, the strength of the line will depend on the skin you use Textures were scaled down so several imperfection will be visible the closer you look Tits above the default scale might cause some deformation on the sides, custom animations might also contribute Notes:
So the whole sleeves from the original were too distracting so I changed the shape and just for fun I did a sleeveless version I got rid of the original overlay over the sleeves Also I replaced the chest with MedBod’s latest and using Blender’s knife tool I made it a better fit for the garment, than means clipping on shoulders should be eliminated Finally I convert it from body garment to tops and added some space behind the hip so now tight skirts, pants, shorts and the default naked bottom should be compatible. Remember, I don’t test every single pair and there’s a slight chance for texture conflict plus some custom animations flex the body a little too much to avoid clipping Credits:

It uses a standard EA/Maxis Adult Female Body.
IT IS SP-02 (Fast Lane)
Originally, it was a JULIE creation - I believe.
I pulled it apart, removed a bit here and there, and separated into two mesh groups. One with standard Sim Skin Shading and another with one of the SimHair Shaders. Makes for a nice level of transparency - if you can find just the right amount. I hope you appreciate this and... Thank you JULIE for the base mesh.

Backless Halter Top

Backless Halter Top is a 2-group creation using a different shader than normal.
This allows for deeper color saturation on transparencies and a more uniform transparency level. There is a drawback... The lighter/brighter the color the more opaque the area becomes. So, Dark colors become more transparent. Lots of possibilities for using light/dark patterns.

Back of the neck looks floaty If your game depends on a flawless LOD2 I wouldn’t use this hair Some transparency issues at the tips when interacting with windows and other translucent meshes but that happens with almost every single custom hair It seems the original mesh has some hard edges between faces, specially on the back. My first impression was “this is going to look bad on S3” but I really I didn’t noticed anything too egregious unless you stare directly at certain angles Notes:
This being my very first try at converting hair I probably made several other mistakes but after some testing everything seems to be ok for both normal simming and custom animations / poses This hair uses the original game texture (ME3) plus Pastry-Box controls N7 armor by Greenplumbboblover Credits:

This garment came from ‘Midnight Hollow’ it was a full dress and, as you can see, was reduced to a corset in just one take, first time it happens (I normally do between 3 and 10) ‘SimplerVer’ is exactly the same sans neck and wrists and has 3 color channels instead of 4 Compatible with just a few bottoms made by Electronic Arts I’m talking about very, very skintight pants, skirts, shorts, etc.; anything with the smallest of volume behind the hip will inevitably clip. Of course the latest MedBod doesn’t have this problem (yet, I still have to make some skirts for it, eventually)

Medical Supplies 1 Set

Medical Supplies 1 Set has both a Male & Female: body, blanket, IV stand and drip; and a medical vitals display end table.
Each object is recolorable.
You will need to use Cheats (Moveobjects) to place these objects.
They are found in Decor/Misc in Buy Mode.
The Bodies are static versions of the EA Bodies. They won't move... but have pretty eyes...
The Bodies are designed to fit perfectly into the Single Bed Slot - so, ANY EA or CC Single Bed will work perfectly with these bodies (sorry, I don't make other people's beds... except Vampires). An added side effect is that the body can be placed anywhere and if not over a Bed... will float at bed level.
The active Sim can use the bed while the Patient is in the bed but will move through the body as though not there.
The Male version of the blanket is a bit shorter - more of a Tent City.
The Medical Display is a standard EA end table with a few things added.
All of these objects should be Base Game Compatible.
