Hello, dear readers.

Last week the majority of you have expressed desire to see Trinn's story in this blog. My apologies to the 4 people who voted against - there will be more stories about Kiki and Taisia, so you can just skip the necromancer parts. ? With that being said, let us start off Trinn's tale.

That was rather interesting entry, seems Trinn plays bigger games then she let us know.

Holy priest actually useful servant, keeping subjects good shape when ressurecting is good idea.

Also Maven want a mine with undead miners, thats some hardcore stuff ?

Now the question how she want keep up that, Trinn need controll them and use her magic to ukeep them, seems not too good bussiness for her. ?

+1 for the gore-ish scene :3

Thank you, Resdayn! I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter.

Trinn is always playing bigger games than anyone realizes. ? And I agree - she can definitely find a use for a priest.

The miners that Trinn creates aren't technically undead. They are more like soulless thralls after she performs the ritual. It'll be more clear later in the story but it actually doesn't take much of her energy to upkeep them.

Yeah, gore in the very first chapter - that's how readers can guess that this is definitely no longer a Kiki adventure. ?

I like her snarly face ? and it looks like Arthur does too. I think he’s gotten exactly what he wanted.?

Arthur is a good boy and Lady Trinn is a very, very bad girl. It's hard to resist being fascinated by her.

Also thanks! ☺️

Very  nice story. It will be too bad if she wouldn't use Juniper as her sex toy. The girl is beautiful :)

Thank you, Eva. Glad you liked it.  And it's possible that we might see Juniper again some day. ?

Hmm all the way through the story you got me thinking, if this story was written by Alter Native, he'd tell the story of Jupiter got kidnapped but slowly got interested and corrupted in her Mistress' works until she becomes a necromancer herself... you know she always had that dark side in her, ripping out wings of little flies and so...

I was kind of disappointed when she got returned like a misplaced amazon delivery :tounge_wink:, but the last spoiler seems to suggest you're still going in that direction, just with Arthur

So I'm really looking to see if I was right ;).

Great job with the screenshots btw. and nice lightning during night, that stuff can be really tricky and often times you see people scare away from it and instead move their plot to daytime .

Oh my oh my, what have we here ^_^ Evil and prudent protagonist, and also horrifically charming I must admit. And in the appendage to her - a cowardly and kind servant of the Mara! You really like pushing opposite characters head-to-head, don't you? ^_^
Great job ^_^
P.S. Everyone trying to lay their hands on a Mara's property these days. :D

Lets see how long he lasts.

Well, Maven promised that he's sturdy. Mistress Trinn will of course have to check it for herself. ?

Very acute observations about Juniper,  Alter Native. ☺️ She is an interesting girl and she did think that Mistress Trinn was amazing. We'll have to wait a bit to find out where that leads. ?

As for Arthur...that poor, poor boy. In the words of Brother Maramal " What have you gotten yourself into?"  Maybe pledging yourself into the service of powerful people with dubious morals wasn't the best idea. ?

I'm glad you're enjoying the story and thank you for the compliments on the night scenes. Those were rather troublesome to shoot, but having a necromancer practice their art openly during the day wouldn't make much sense.

Mother?!

What are you ....

necromancy is actually quite fascinating.....

Well, mother needs to expand her business empire and regular workers or even slaves are rather costly.  Plus a necromancer can achieve results when both the thieves guild and the dark brotherhood have already failed.

Don't worry, though. As a responsible mother, Maven does not involve her children in most of her schemes. ?

A little confrontation between completely opposite sides of the moral spectrum has never harmed anyone...Hmm, except for all the times it did...  Well, at least it's fun to watch! ?

Thank you for your kind words, CrW. Glad you liked this chapter! ?

Lady Trinn really is strangely charming, isn't she. ?

So, if I understood well Maven didn't supply Trinn with corpses, but rather with stunned people, and Trinn does separate their souls from their bodies ? But isn't "giving up the ghost" a definition of death ? Anyway, we had a sample of "dark" moments with her demonstrating the painful version of the process (and with Juniper hinting she might've been molested). As for the staging, Trinn having in common with Nora Karlov the fact her guests could fear to be killed at anytime, it heighten the stakes and introduces more suspense towards the fate of those secondary characters, even though you didn't pushed it as far as Alter. Colored screens, good expressions and posing, and good lettering for the comic are also to be commended. Great read !

You are correct, Tirloque. Maven supplies  entranced (or stunned) bandits for Trinn and the necromancer separates their souls from their bodies.  The ritual is a bit complex ( I will touch up on it later in the story) but essentially since it is done while they are alive it allows for a creation of soulless walking dolls, so to speak. They have all the functions of regular mortals, but without a trace of their own will. (think of it as a more advanced version of a flesh golem/puppet/etc.)

I'm happy you picked up on Juniper's reasons for wanting to see the bandit chief suffer. Very observant. ?

Trinn can certainly dispose of uninvited guests in an unpleasant manner but generally speaking if one follows her rules, one should be relatively safe.

Thank you for your comments and I'm glad you're enjoying the story, especially since it's a bit different from what I usually write. ☺️

Author: Malicia, you seem to know quite a lot about the mindset of a necromancer. Did you sneak into the forbidden archives in the College of Winterhold, by any chance? ?

Does that means that if the soulgem is broken, the soul would return to his original body ?

Theoretically speaking - yes, although it would still require a master of the arcane to insure that the remains of Trinn's ritual are removed from the soulless body first.  But you will see later where those soulgems end up and I really doubt anyone will attempt to go and rescue a soul of a bandit from That place. ?
