Photoshop Elements 14, Drippy Water, for me, is the second brush in the "wet media brushes" category. There's a more in depth explanation of it in my Blood Tutorial. ?

Wooov, en so here comes () the long awaited cum tutorial ! Nice touch, with a remarkable guide willing to demonstrate (^^), and clear and sticky explanations ! It's in fact almost the same procedure than the blood tutorial, but with an " ambiant whites" selection, and ambiant darks as well, with a bit of additional drawing for the drops. Though the drawing itself might require experience, it now seems very clear.
