Think tank: The "learning curve" for prostitution mods
TLDR: Prostitution mods could use a learning curve to raise the challenge and to nudge the player into the proper mood
Mod in mind: Radiant Prostitution (RP), spin-offs (RadiantProstitution/Gigolo) and similar
Modders: Feel free to use this train of thought in your mods
Limitations: I ask everybody to use this only in mods, that will be hosted here on LL and free to play. I refuse to take part or support any pay-to-play mods!

Suggestion for a few new feature: The learning curve
Basic idea
- we introduce a trait based experience level
- instead of the current plain oral/vaginal/anal from RP we add more traits, more flavor to the selectable styles
- The customer can always request the full range (this may trigger the learning of a new trait)
- In the return dialogue, we could use the "unlocking" .. only known traits are offered by the player
- and if the PC's skill is below a certain level, the client is not happy and halves the fee or doesn't pay at all
- something like "You cheap whore.. even too stupid for a simple blowjob" when the PC starts the "carreer"
- a bit randomized of course
- we just need to keep in mind that the choice of the animation is with the customer not the player (no artificial limits for the customer)
- but if the player wants to earn money from it, it's up to skill and luck
So how would that start? I'm female-male-only focussed here at the beginning
- vaginal or using hands is always known , starting level is 1
- the other trait is randomly known (or granted by game difficulty setting...?)
- all others are locked, starting at level 0
- whenever a customers demands another style, the player has no notion about it (e.g. blowjob)

sequence should go like
- "I demand a blowjob"
- player may now suggest something else from the "known" list ... so here either vaginal or handjob
- or player may deicde to learn "what is that"
- customer: "Stupid whore, I'll teach you. But don't expect me to pay you.
- and ends up with no money or a morsel and some harsh words how bad that was
- but the new trait is unlocked
- do a trait 3,5 or 10 times and you get the full money out of it (maybe a difficulty slider?)

By the same manner maybe we could unlock ff and mm or threesomes, .. whatever .. that would make the PC appear really stupid at the mod's start
The Trainer:
- the PC may ask the inkeep or any servant in tavern/barkeeper clothes to provide training
- but only for unlocked skills
- or randomly "I have know idea what I should do" and the inkeep may ask back "do you even know what XY is?" and that may also unlock a new trait
- but the range of that should be limited to basics .... enough to entertain patrons in an inn. nothing more
- or just to raise the experience level
Further idea:
- I feel that learning by training should give an advantage
- but since in the end it's only about money, with no other obstacle to overcome, the learing by doing gives more...

basically i'm looking for a better type of punishment or disavantage when going out to the customer without a clue
- a trashing? a whipping?
- a debuff? maybe in speach?

a permanent lowering of a player stat like health? .. not to much of course!
- I start with 100 health, loosing 1 for each unskilled job is a good pain.
- I like that most! It's harsh and makes you think twice to better learn from the innkeep for no gold at all
- I'm desperate for gold? Fine, skip training and go out and feel the pain
- ? more?
