NOW RELEASED!: IVY IN FAR HARBOR

Space Vault 14 & The Pelican Conundrum

Coming: Christmas 2025

INTRODUCTION

After 2 years of development, the DLC addon for Ivy in Far Harbor is coming on Christmas 2025. The 25th of December to be exact. It will feature full main quest integration and multiple custom quests and cells for Ivy in Far Harbor. More information to follow soon...

When Ivy and the player arrive at Far Harbor they quickly notice that unusual things are going on. Since when can fish talk.. and why does Will Murray have a secret Vault on the Island? What starts as a fun and curious investigation into Will Murray's past quickly unravels into a mind bending and reality altering adventure through Space and Time.

Space Vault 14 & The Pelican Conundrum will feature 3 new 'main' quests for Ivy that take place on Far Harbor (and beyond). The addon will feature custom cells and new custom features for Ivy. A completionist playthrough of the entire content for Ivy on Far Harbor should take anywhere between 6 and 8 hours, depending on play style. Players will be able to explore new information on Ivy's background, but they will also learn a great deal about what's in store for her future. Besides custom cells and new quests this addon also features a new addon for Ivy that enables her to hack any device in the commonwealth in one try called the Autohack unit. It will add a new playerhome featuring several games that players can enjoy both alone and with Ivy. And it adds several new custom weapons for players to play with.

Hmm.. that is interesting. As long as Maxx is with you guys, his questline has not ended yet. Give that time. As for the 'Talk to Ivy about the memory terminal'. That's a bug, noted it and will solve it in the next update. For now, leave it and keep traveling with Maxx and Ivy.

Is there any specific location I should head to, or is it just a matter of time?

Just a matter of time.

Question: Do you see Ivy interacting with Maxx every now and then? (Like she talks to him, or gives him things)

Yes, she interacts with him every so often.

Yep, it just took a bit longer, only showed up when I fast travelled though, not sure if that was intentional.

Now I've run through it all, this questline was fun. I wasn't expecting all the references, and they made me laugh. Just like Ivy's other quests, this was more than just comedy, and every stage was well written, emotive and realistic. Good job!

Can anyone remind me where the Wilson Experimental Facility is in Far Harbor?  I missed that Word and can't find the location again.

I thought it was close to Fringe Cove docks, right?

I haven't been there before.  If that's the case then I wonder if there is more to the Quantt mission than just repairing the board?  Thanks!

[Edit] I went back to a previous save and found it.  To the West of Southwest Harbor.  It's right next to the spawn in point in the floor of the open garage.

Love the new add on to the Ivy story. I've done the pelican conundrum, space vault 14, for walls and words. I failed embrace the words (curious what happens if I do embrace the words?) but do not see any further leads on how to lock up the words. What do I do? Also have the Quannt board repaired, is that the end of that quest? Maxx is still with us and I have not done any of the vanilla far harbor quests yet.

You still have a ways to go. After fixing the quantt board, play quantt with Ivy lol. :D

I'm having an issue where I can't progress Space Vault 14. I have the Auto Hack Holotape (I think that's what it's called) and gave it to Ivy and i am unsure on what to do next. The gate in front of the ship tells me a terminal is required to unlock. Is it not the terminal at the top of the scaffolding? Did I miss something?

Ivy should have hacked the door for you, when she pointed out the terminal on the scaffolding. If she didn't then something went wrong. Might be best to load an earlier save then.

Something soft locked me, not sure what. I elected to use console commands to unlock the gate and it got everything lined back up and working. Thank you for the reply! I have absolutely loved Ivy's story so far. You guys really did an amazing job putting all of this together.

I've been having an issue where Ivy gets stuck after her dialogue about Will Murray when entering the basement of his house. I can't interact with her because it says "this individual is busy". I have a multiple companion mod (and a bunch more mods, but that seemed like the one most likely to be affecting things), so I tried reloading to an earlier save and dismissing the rest of my companions, but that didn't work either.

In the meantime I was going through the main Far Harbour storyline, and I think her dialogue skipped ahead a bit for something that happens later in her quest line after I had her hack the computer for DiMA's memories. Should I go back to an earlier save and wait to do that part until after completing the Will Murray scene?

Yes older save. And disable player comments & headtracking mod.

Ok so I figured out some things that might be part of the problem with Ivy getting stuck. Somehow, even though I dismissed all my other companions, some of them still get teleported into Will Murray's basement when I enter. I don't have the Player Comments and Headtracking mod, but I tried disabling the mods I do have that affect dialogue (Full Dialogue Interface, Realistic Conversations, Settler and Companion Dialogue Overhaul), which also didn't work. I also can't leave the basement once I enter, or talk to Ivy about the clues I found. Am I supposed to be able to respond after she says

Spoiler

"I killed Will Fucking Murray"

? The scene usually gets stuck right after that for me, with no dialogue menu.

Would using console commands to move past this part work? I'd need the ref ID if so. Thanks again, love the mod btw.

Edit: The good news is that going back to an even earlier save fixed the companion teleportation issue, bad news is the dialogue is still stuck.

Edit 2: Ok for now I was able to figure out how to get the console command to get that quest un-stuck. I used sqt and Set Stage.

Same, sort of: I still have the Pelican quest on, and Maxx around, but the only quest I have left is something like "visit Far Harbour with Ivy & Maxx", but not quest marks.
(I believe I did the whole Centennial and Vault quest already...)
I still have the Rack one to do and the Q one (forgot the name).
(I never went to Nuka with her yet, just for saying.)
Greatest mod by the way.
Merci!

Spoiler

I also (accidentally) killed the old man in the chair just in case it broke something...

- I realize I still don't know how to teleport Ivy to me, 'never needed it really but...
- Wait! I tried to cheat the game going console tcl through walls desperately hoping to acces the upper and lower rooms at Murray's and Ivy found out I cheated?
I mean, seriously? Wonderful! 🤣

Warning: sexy below hidden... as I don't know if this kind of images is allowed here.

Same issue as this person, but even though i've slept several times since completing the quests I still see nothing happening with Maxx. All the vanilla Far Harbor quests are complete. She says things to Maxx every now and then. I dug up the chest at the Nakanos. Nothing. Am I supposed to just continue on in the Commonwealth quests? It is an amazing mod, btw! Love it.

Fantastic mod.
Yet I have no idea how you managed to finish the Far Harbor quests, as I'm already supposed to go to NukaWorld.

Quantt! quest: how am I supposed to install that circuit bord which doesn't seem to be in my inventory?
I can't use that blue game at Murray's.

With Maxx you eventually get a dialogue prompt of "Speak to Ivy about her wolf", this will finish that quest.

For the Quantt quest you should get a quest marker pointing you to the Wilson Atomatoys secret factory, you'll find the circuit board there. If the marker doesn't show up for some reason, I think it was a door leading underground near Southwest Harbor.

Also you don't have to go to Far Harbour before Nuka World. It's actually recommended in the first post in this thread to do Nuka World first (which I didn't see until I had already progressed a bit on Far Harbour, whoops)

Thank you!  Do I need to remain in Far Harbor, or can I go on w/missions in the Commonwealth?
