Hello, dear readers.

It took a bit longer than anticipated, but our Blackguard story can finally continue. ?

Whatever wacky, silly and totally not-violent adventures await our heroines? Let’s find out!

Warning: same as chapter 1. (Look, they are Blackguards. They aren't exactly 'nice' ?)

Alright, I've done it. I FINALLY am caught up on your blog and HOT DAMN, I'm in love. I'm gonna put it all in this comment rather than a bunch for each, so here I go.

  Reveal hidden contents

The Adventures of Kiki:

I figured I would enjoy this storyline, but I did not expect to love it as much a I ended up. What really brings the story to life is how perfectly the characters are made. They're all hyperbolic to fit an archetype and still believable and relatable at the same time.

Every episode I read was a treat and I found myself chuckling so often at the interactions you set up; especially with Eira. She is definitely my favorite character. And I really appreciate the way you make NSFW scenes. They're not extreme or forced, and you do an incredible job with the dialogue. The spiderweb with Eria and Vulcun? ?Most excellent! The perfect level of tease! I highly approve.

And even with all this, there's still a hooking plot! I particularly enjoy the Cyrus and Eira arc, but all of it is terrific!

Seriously, you gotta continue this soon!

Merchant's Troubles:

One word: delightful. I love Taisia! I was expecting the "ditzy" archetype where she just kinda stumbles into her success, but no! She is super clever! I love they way you set up her using her smarts (and other things ?) to outwit the clients. It's super creative and exciting to read! Also, Krauss??? That's my last name xD

Necromancer's Chronicles:

This threw me for a loop. A good loop! This story really shows your talent as a storyteller. It felt completely different from your usual style, yet I could still tell it was yours, if that makes sense. I was hooked right away with Arthur. I know the story is focused on Trinn, but Arthur is a phenomenal juxtaposition to her that provides each of them with so much potential for character development. You did a perfect job having Arthur begin to accept Trinn, or at least work on understanding her. It was succinct, but not rushed. I really hope to see the inverse effect sometime in the future! I just love the potential of this story. This is honestly my favorite story of yours and I'm very excited for it to continue.

Pale Collector:

I'm a big fan of daedric champions and yours are on my list of favorites! I don't think anyone else has made a Vaermina champion or a Clavicus Champion yet, and, well, no one else should now. Sophie and her trio are great! And Victor? LMAO! That fucking sword... And Ker'ag is an excellent companion, though I feel like he doesn't get as much screen time as he deserves. I'd love to see him in a fight! Kaita is quite badass as well. Those glowing eyes! This part ended so intensely I'm dying for the next one.

I just have to say that I have seriously been missing out all this time. Your blog is absolutely wonderful with a diverse blend of thrilling characters and stories. Seriously, excellent!

I'll be honest, I am a bit speechless right now and I'm not even sure how to properly reply. ?

Seeing that the reader not just read my works but also got such enjoyment out of them is both incredible and completely humbling. ?

I'm touched that you liked Kiki's adventures so much even though her story was my very first time trying out making comics and the poor graphics as well as many other issues could certainly testify to that. :classic_ph34r: I didn't know how to do many of the things that I wanted so I was trying to compensate for it with the dialogues. I'm really glad that your found them entertaining. ?  I have a soft spot for Eira and Cyrus as well - their conversations are always a lot of fun to write.

Merchant's troubles started out as an experiment for shorter tales and also a way for me to take a break from Kiki's longer storyline. Plus it also allowed me to concentrate on a single character and give her adventures that I couldn't give to any of my other heroes (not to mention bureaucratic humor!). I will definitely keep going back to her from time to time as I have various ideas for her escapades. ?

Necromancer's Chronicles - oh boy, where to start with this one. It's one of my older stories that was outlined and planned way before I started posting on LL. It is also one of the few serious works that I've done. Ultimately it is a story of revenge and redemption and it happens to be my favorite one as well. However, as you correctly pointed out, it is VERY different from my other tales and it is also incredibly sad and dark. I tinker with it periodically and I want to eventually complete it and publish here. But it is one of those tales where you have to be in just the right mood to really work on it, so it might take some time for me to finish.  I have to admit though, you are spot on with your analysis of Lady Trinn and Arthur. Those two have a very...complicated...relationship. :classic_ph34r:

The Pale Collector series was in part inspired by the movie "Suicide Squad". I really liked the idea of having a story being told from the standpoint of 'the bad guys'. But I wasn't thrilled with how the player was portrayed if they became a daedric champion in vanilla Skyrim (get a random weapon/armor and that's pretty much it) , so I tried to expand on it a bit. Hence the Blackguards of the Daedric Princes came to life. ? Victor is certainly one of the more unusual characters that I've created and who could've guessed that it would be so entertaining to write dialogues and backstory for an inanimate object.  As for Ker'ag, I'll let you in on a little secret - he'll get more scenes in the 3d part and maybe we'll even see him in action! ?

I don't think I ever got a chance to tell you how grateful I am for your poser mod. You've probably noticed that I use it quite a lot and it's a tremendous help! You've done an incredible job and a lot of my screenshots wouldn't be possible without it. So a huge, HUGE thank you! ? And of course thank you for your kind comment and all the praise. I'm really happy when my stories are able to make the readers smile, laugh and overall be entertained. I'm currently working on a few things, so hopefully a new entry will be up in a few days. ?

<3 No need to thank me for my poser. Seeing it used is all the thanks I ever need. It's my honor to have even a tiny part in your amazing stories. Keep up the wonderful work, Devianna!
