As @Fakenet pointed out, cynic is not the word you're looking for. A cynic is someone who has huge distrust towards other people and their motives. 

And although I agree with your message overall, some labeling is necessary and a "quick" way to either explain or express something.

Apparently the life pisses me off once again. I think I have slight depression. I doubt it will grow as much as when I was lonely and suicidal but its still pissing off. You see I just don't have the time to actually live. Its pure bs, I go to work from Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 till 17:00 (or 18:00 it depends), and when I get home I am dead tired, I am too tired to do anything. I don't have time to see my wife ffs. We get like what? 2-3 hours per day. Some days even less because she does graveyard shifts as well, meaning when I get home she is about to leave for work in an hour or so. And when she isn't we are just watching one movie and go to sleep because I am way too tired to anything else. I can't remember the last time we played a videogame or went out. Everyday is exactly the same - wake up, drink coffee, go to work, go home, eat, watch movie, sleep, repeat. 

 

I knew I am too dumb to sign for this regular shift job but it is what it is. I sooo miss my 12 hour shifts job. I was on one day shift, one night shift and 2 days off, it was like 3 free days because the day when I am nightshift I am home the whole day. I had sooo much free time. Now I don't have any. I miss my wife guys... I miss sitting on a bench, smoking a cig with the sun showering my face. Small things yeah, but I miss them.

Hate to destroy your cute narrative, but I am one of those "foreigners" that you liberals venerate and like to worship for validation points in your morality circlejerk, as in, I'm not a white national living in a western country. However, I would say that that takes a huge flip when you look at political figures, where men tend to be very intolerant, and women more accepting.  Maybe you are talking about popular or political figures.

Just an average everyday male. However, yes, it does annoy me when a woman thinks a male needs them. However, there has been a person on the site whom I have taken a disliking to, not because his comments are truth, because he believes everything that comes out from his fingers. All males are intolerable, no, I don't think this. It's just a short rant about something that I had saw that had sparked a bit of annoyance in myself.

It honestly surprises me when someone is still intolerant of LGB lifestyle choices.  I would think most men and women Gen-X and younger would be pretty blasé about someone's sexual preferences.

I am a egalitarian and I advocate for free speech, expression, equal rights and equal opportunities but also equal actions and punishments. And I strongly believe that people should be judged for their characters and not their genders.

So with that being said, women getting the same rights as men regarding education and power is something that is crystal clear to me. No doubt about that. My problem is when privileged little snowflakes wants more just because they are [insert gender here].

My stance is, if you and me are looking for the same job, and it turns out that you have more experience and knowledge than me, the job should be yours. You are judged as a character and posses the necessary skills to conduct the job you're hired for.

But it should not be yours just because vagina and diversity. That in itself is discrimination and sexist.

 

And lets be real as well. Men and women can never truly be equal, because we are different by design. If you wanna become a firefighter for example, men will naturally be more successful because we simply have more upper body strength.

That is not to say that women can't be firefighters as well, it just means you will have to work harder to reach the same potential. It doesn't mean it's sexists or in any form discrimination. There is a reason there is very high standards because it will requires the very best.

If you start to lower the standards because "vagina" or "diversity" you are putting potential victims at risk.

I don't know much about Japan or Asian culture in general. But the last time I heard something about women and men in Japan, was that the women where crying like snowflakes because men no longer approached them.

And it's also very dishonest to say that women were the only ones taken as object. Men were taken as well. That is how slavery works. You are taken, and depending on your status class/gender, the outcome are different.

Women were treated as sex objects/slaves (but I am pretty sure men faced the same issues, but perhaps not on the same scale) and men were often forced into hard labor (and women too, but likely to a less degree).

It's a very ugly side of humanity and no matter what side you were on, you side acted just as barbaric as the side you fought. Both side raped and murdered innocent people.

But instead of using this as a argument for your own agenda and become a asshole in the process, it should be used as a example how to not behave. Replacing one bad thing with another band thing doesn't make it right.

Whelp, this seems to be getting out of hand. It also seems some of my words have been taken into a different context. Do I think women should be respect just like men, yes. However, we also should work for it. However, we shouldn't be looked at like walking sex objects. This problem stems not just from one side of the fence, but both sides. Men objectify women just as much as women do it to men.[Not all.] This will forever be an endless fight between the sexes. Are all females and males bad, no. However, generalizing will get us no where.

Will there be change, yes. Not like this though, and not here. However, I will try to stay respectful to other members of the community despite the dislike or even strong dislike for a person's ideal. However, like I always say, that is for them and them only.

One thing I will say on this subject and then I will leave it alone, I am lesbian. I do not need a male in my life to control or anything else. It may seem like I am denying myself, however, I do not want or need it. So on that note, leave me out of the strong women need a stronger man notion or anything of the sort.
